"Customer service needs better communication. There is a lack of responsiveness to emails. Worker vaped on front lawn. Too expensive: The cost could potentially be justified with better customer service. Told my tree had to be cut a little but was cut down low. 1) I was confused with another client when trying to be scheduled after deposit 2) I was switched between "handlers" when trying to be scheduled 3) I waited for weeks for photos/ payment link for the job after completed. Eventually I got the photos and received a payment link. I asked via email for them to confirm the amount owed and one of the receptionists called instead of sending and said :"thought it would be better if I called". After our call in the morning when I mentioned I would call back as soon as I got settled with my infant, I received a second call from Phyllis the same morning to collect payment. She was able to provide the information needed (the amount) for the invoice/payment link. I was in constant contact with Jamison via email/ phone and wanting to get the account paid after receiving proof of work (photos) which I received right before they reached out and asked for payment. I felt treated like I wasn't trying to pay them when I'd been trying to pay them for weeks. Then after they were paid, I received a blanketed "sorry for the confusion email" and nothing since. 4) I also requested a follow-up on an issue one of the workers identified while working on the property. I asked multiple times as I was still waiting on Photos from the job and I still haven't received a response on that issue from Kyle. 5) Not a huge issue as the work seemed efficient but one of the workers was vaping on my front lawn. As I have children, I did not feel it was appropriate 6) I was quoted less prices but I went with Jamison because at the time I believed in their quality after the reviews I read and interaction I had when I spoke with Jamison years ago 7) Lost most of our tree in front of home"

He made recommendations and explained thoroughly the work that’s going to be done. He patiently answered all of my concerns and questions which I appreciate a lot because I have encountered vendors that can be dismissive or have a tendency to talk over you. I talked to a few contractors and decided on Jamison because their pricing was within my budget. The friendly group of Luis, Nelson, and Jose did the project as scheduled. They came on time and showed respect for my dwelling place while working in the project. I highly recommend Jamison. They are competent, reliable, and respectful. The project was done well and have not had any problems. I will definitely hire them again if I encounter any new waterproofing problems."

Daniel arrived promptly and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and his partner replaced my outdated wood firebox with a modern wood stove insert and liner, removed and replaced the chimney crown, and caulked the joints near the siding. "I needed my chimney cap replaced after a storm this fall. I called Jamison and they sent someone out to see what was needed in one day. The work was completed 2 days later. Great service. I loved the 2 men that came to do the work, they explained everything to me and were able to discuss another issue with my chimney, giving me ideas and advice for a totally unrelated problem, I intend to call them again when I need one of their services."

"I would not recommend Jamison Home Services. The job was to stucco the patio and lay new concrete on porch and patio. The job was done so poorly that we refused to pay them. After a couple of months they did come back and while it was a little better, it still was not up to par. We will never do business with them again and definitely NOT recommend them to anyone."
