In June of this year, we had water intrusion and flooding in our basement. Value Dry helped us fix the issue. They were able to schedule an inspection of our property quickly and offered us a competitive price. Corbin, their estimator, was great to work with, as was Austin, who led the installation team. They did the work well and kept the rest of our finished basement clean and protected. They removed the wet, damaged dry-wall, and then installed a vapor barrier, a drain in the floor by the foundation, a sump pump with back-up battery, and a speed drain outside by a back door. They completed the work about 3.5 months ago and it has been dry ever since. I recommend them and their work.

Omar Rodriguez did a network presentation recently on signs to look for in your basement that could be an issue. I was shocked to see a picture that looked just like my basement! Omar came out to the house, did an inspection of the basement, and worked up a plan to take care of the basement, including installing a sump pump. Roger and his crew came to do the work, and I was pleased with how much care they took in making sure the dust was minimized. Super professional crew all around, and now I'm not so worried about water coming through my basement wall anymore!

We had waterproofing done by Value Dry about a year ago, and they did an excellent job from the start. Recently, we had our one-year maintenance check, and I really appreciated that they proactively called to remind us and get it scheduled. I also want to give a special thank you to Omar, who I spoke with on the phone. He was absolutely amazing!! very professional, friendly, and thorough. He followed up regarding the one-year maintenance and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. That level of customer service really stood out. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with Value Dry and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable waterproofing services.

ValueDry Basement Waterproofing repaired the drain system in my house. Nardi and the crew that came to my home were professional, friendly, thorough with their work, did an amazing job at explaining the process to me, and the work completed is neat and well done. They protected our furniture well during the work and left everything nice and clean. They were available to answer my questions with detail. Steve came out to do the estimate for the repair. He was also very informative and communicated with me the work that needed to be done to fix the drain system in my home and provided options. He was prompt in responding to me via phone after his visit for the estimate. The morning of the job, Nardi and the crew arrived on time and were ready to begin as described in the agreement. They had attention to detail, reviewed the agreement for the work planned, and were very professional.

We’ve faced subsurface water issues and hydrostatic pressure in our basement for 25 years. We’ve tried many plumbers who think a sump pumps alone would solve this. They are clueless to solving these issues. And charge thousands for very little return and short-lived results. I’ve had other water proofers. They charge far more than value dry and would not guarantee or did not follow through on guarantees of the work. All of them over charged for the services. And didn’t fully solve the issues. Water still poured into our house. Value dry was different. We got a full comprehensive solution for a reasonable rate. And there Crews were great. Did a great job. And Easy to work with.
