In June of this year, we had water intrusion and flooding in our basement. Value Dry helped us fix the issue. They were able to schedule an inspection of our property quickly and offered us a competitive price. Corbin, their estimator, was great to work with, as was Austin, who led the installation team. They did the work well and kept the rest of our finished basement clean and protected. They removed the wet, damaged dry-wall, and then installed a vapor barrier, a drain in the floor by the foundation, a sump pump with back-up battery, and a speed drain outside by a back door. They completed the work about 3.5 months ago and it has been dry ever since. I recommend them and their work.

ValueDry Basement Waterproofing repaired the drain system in my house. Nardi and the crew that came to my home were professional, friendly, thorough with their work, did an amazing job at explaining the process to me, and the work completed is neat and well done. They protected our furniture well during the work and left everything nice and clean. They were available to answer my questions with detail. Steve came out to do the estimate for the repair. He was also very informative and communicated with me the work that needed to be done to fix the drain system in my home and provided options. He was prompt in responding to me via phone after his visit for the estimate. The morning of the job, Nardi and the crew arrived on time and were ready to begin as described in the agreement. They had attention to detail, reviewed the agreement for the work planned, and were very professional.

My experience with Value Dry Waterproofing was extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important for other homeowners to be aware. As a waterproofing company that advertises professionalism, respect, and quality customer service, I expected a much higher standard of behavior. Unfortunately, what I witnessed in our neighborhood was the complete opposite. Their crew created a loud and uncomfortable scene on our street, showing very little regard for the people who live here. The level of disrespect was surprising and disruptive for everyone nearby. What truly shocked me was seeing members of their team yelling at a customer in front of their own home. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unacceptable for any home-service contractor—especially one dealing with homeowners who are already stressed about waterproofing, foundation issues, or drainage problems. Most people hire a waterproofing company because they want trust, reliability, and peace of mind. Based on what I saw, I would not feel comfortable allowing this company to work at my home or interact with my family or neighbors. Professionalism, communication, and respect should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. In my opinion, there are many other waterproofing companies in our area that provide far better customer service, better communication, and a much more respectful approach. I would strongly encourage homeowners to consider other options before choosing Value Dry Waterproofing.

Raul did an excellent job with annual preventative maintenance on our sump pump. He installed the equipment and has serviced it over the years and knows his stuff. His representation of the company is why we will continue to use Value Dry services.
