US Waterproofing did an amazing job! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and neat. They covered everything, cleaned up the workspace before they left every day day. They placed planks on my grass to protect it from the wheelbarrows, plastic on the floors and interacted with me the right amount (not much unless I had a question.) Definitely a professional job.

I was referred to them from my mom who had them repair her foundation cracks years ago when they actually cared about the work they delivered. US Waterproofing did a horrible job repairing my 3 foundation cracks, after only one year my crawl space was flooded. Then when I called about getting them repaired with their warranty thinking they will stand behind their work. They pushed me back a month with no care for the rains that were coming! I got the work done with a masonry contractor they informed me that there were more than just three foundation cracks and the crap US Waterproofing slathered on the crack, might as well have been playdoh! Plus, US Waterproofing overcharged me so much more than what I paid to fix this. They are repaired now, no thanks to this horrible company. Beware and stay away to save yourself the stress and headache of a wet crawl space! Unfortunately, this is not the company from years ago that actually cared to deliver quality work. If this company cares to make this right, they should reimburse some of the wasted money spent!

We had a radon mitigation system, sump pump combination system with battery back up, and a new cover lid installed by U.S. Waterproofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The installers, Henry and Gustavo, also repaired and sealed the cracks in the foundation walls and sealed the gaps in the floor joints preventing additional radon leaks. From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and clearly explained. Henry and Gustavo arrived on time, walked us through what would be done, and answered all of our questions. The installation was clean and well done, with no disruption to our home. Afterward, they reviewed the system operation and next steps. Most importantly, our radon levels dropped from the high levels prior to installation. I highly recommend U.S. Waterproofing to anyone needing radon mitigation, sump pump back up systems, and foundation repairs. The U.S. Waterproofing team is knowledgeable, honest, and provided great quality work.

I contacted this company to finally address the issue of water getting into my basement. Unfortunately, just five days after they “waterproofed” it, we had a flood watch and water came in again. Out of the four cracks they were supposed to treat, only one repair actually worked. When I cut the wall open to expose the other areas, the technician told me everything looked good and that I could close the wall back up. Now it’s clear that wasn’t the case. Water came through the exact area where I was told it was safe to put the drywall back. I contacted the company immediately, but I still haven’t heard back from the warranty department. It’s frustrating how quickly payment was processed, yet getting a response about the warranty has been a completely different story. What also doesn’t sit right with me is that I have to open those areas up again after the walls were already repaired. I attached pictures to show the drywall was put back up. That means I’m now taking another hit on materials and labor because I’ll have to pay someone to redo the work. I originally hoped to leave a positive review, but this experience has been extremely aggravating. Every time I call the warranty department, I’m told someone will call me back, but they never do. I’ve been calling daily and keep hearing that they’re busy. After paying the full invoice, it honestly feels like my concerns are being dismissed.

Didn’t go well. First rain post repairs and more water came through than before. Getting an email to pay my balance when the work isn’t done properly is the cherry on top too.
