We’ve been using US Waterproofing since we purchased our home in 2019. They have been respectful of our property and prompt to address our questions. Their professionalism and expertise helped us to mitigate our leaking foundation/basement. They offer multiple options of quoting solutions to fit our finances yet giving us optimal solutions. We believe their solutions give us the Cadillac of the market. Two phase project: Replaced sump pump with alarm since battery backup was not in our budget and uncoupled drain spout and sump pump to efficiently drain the water away from the foundation. Their crews do excellent work! This latest project, the drain tile team even asked if they could put the extra soil up against the basement…BONUS! The equipment installed gives us the confidence that we will manage our water situation. All the team members for our project were professional, courteous and showed they were fully knowledgeable to complete the tasks at hand. Their phone system was frustrating to me but leaving a message will prompt an immediate professional response. Thank you US Waterproofing for helping us to a solution maybe not the cheapest but worth the results!

US Waterproofing did an amazing job! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and neat. They covered everything, cleaned up the workspace before they left every day day. They placed planks on my grass to protect it from the wheelbarrows, plastic on the floors and interacted with me the right amount (not much unless I had a question.) Definitely a professional job.

Pedro and his crew were polite, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves! Speaking of speed- we only had to wait a month between signing contract and the work being completed! Truthfully we are still waiting on some actual rain to fall to test the new window well setup... fingers are crossed!

We had a radon mitigation system, sump pump combination system with battery back up, and a new cover lid installed by U.S. Waterproofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The installers, Henry and Gustavo, also repaired and sealed the cracks in the foundation walls and sealed the gaps in the floor joints preventing additional radon leaks. From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and clearly explained. Henry and Gustavo arrived on time, walked us through what would be done, and answered all of our questions. The installation was clean and well done, with no disruption to our home. Afterward, they reviewed the system operation and next steps. Most importantly, our radon levels dropped from the high levels prior to installation. I highly recommend U.S. Waterproofing to anyone needing radon mitigation, sump pump back up systems, and foundation repairs. The U.S. Waterproofing team is knowledgeable, honest, and provided great quality work.

We recently had window wells installed by US Waterproofing, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. Since the installation, we’ve had significant water accumulation in the window wells something we never experienced prior to their work. After inspecting the installation, we found the well was installed nearly flush with the surrounding ground level, which now directs water into the well rather than away from it. When we raised this concern, we were told the warranty would not apply because we did not purchase their well cover or install a drain. However, we never had a drain before and never had this issue. The installation itself appears to have altered the natural drainage around our home, creating a problem that didn’t previously exist. We also asked for a manager to come out and inspect the issue, but were told it would take weeks to get someone onsite. Given the urgency (risk of water entering our basement), this response was frustrating and unacceptable. To be fair, the sales representative was very friendly and informative. However, the end result is that we paid for a product that has created additional problems and potential risk to our home. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about grading, water flow, and installation height before moving forward and getting all warranty conditions that doesn’t demand additional products of their own.
