We had a radon mitigation system, sump pump combination system with battery back up, and a new cover lid installed by U.S. Waterproofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The installers, Henry and Gustavo, also repaired and sealed the cracks in the foundation walls and sealed the gaps in the floor joints preventing additional radon leaks. From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and clearly explained. Henry and Gustavo arrived on time, walked us through what would be done, and answered all of our questions. The installation was clean and well done, with no disruption to our home. Afterward, they reviewed the system operation and next steps. Most importantly, our radon levels dropped from the high levels prior to installation. I highly recommend U.S. Waterproofing to anyone needing radon mitigation, sump pump back up systems, and foundation repairs. The U.S. Waterproofing team is knowledgeable, honest, and provided great quality work.

I had an elevated Radon Test. I called U.S. Waterproofing. Dan Mastrolonardo was my sales representative. He was a very nice person and explained everything that they would do for me. All my questions were answered and I felt in very good hands. When the day arrived for the Radon installation, the crew that was sent was Chris, Henry, Gustavo, Marco Jose and Enrique. They were all very professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. All the mess that was made was completely cleaned up and removed. Like they were never there except for what was installed. I also had a few foundation cracks that were injected for sealing. I can’t say enough of all these team members. U.S. Waterproofing should be proud to have a crew like this. They make it easy to know who to call if you need anything more to be done. Thank You again, U.S. Waterproofing, Dan, Chris, Henry, Gustavo, Marco, Jose and Enrique.

I was very pleased with the removal of the old window well and the installation of the new one, however, my driveway was left with a substance that I couldn’t clean off with a high powered hose. I reported this to the warranty division right away on Nov. 13 but have not gotten a reply. I’ll try to enclose the picture I sent them. There are 5 or 6 strips in addition to what is shown in the picture.

There are no words to express how thankful we are for Tommy and the rest of the US Waterproofing Crew who literally saved our 100+ year old family home with a crumbling foundation. This was an enormous project re-supporting the house, replacing basement walls, waterproofing the entire basement as well as burying all the downspouts and raising the sinking concrete. The Crew endured the brutal work carrying everything up and down stairs into the basement working over the winter burying downspouts drain pipes etc.

U.S. Waterproofing did two crack foundation repairs at my home, and I’m very impressed. The work was fast, meticulous, and the walls were perfectly patched afterward. Everything was left spotless— no mess at all. The crew was professional, respectful, and explained every step clearly. Super happy with the results and the clean-up. Highly recommend them for any waterproofing or foundation work in the Chicago area!
