Great communication on when the job would be started and finished. All involved were very polite and attentive to what I wanted accomplished.”

He was very thorough in making notes and taking pictures so the crew who would be doing the work knew exactly what the issues were. “the window wells that were replaced were up against perennial flower beds and they were careful to do as little damage as possible. The work was done much quicker than I expected.”
“The work provided was good, the estimate not so much, was given a quote and the salesperson did not take into account what we had when quoting and the job was quite a bit higher than originally quoted. We still had the work done as we needed to replace an over 10 year old pump that was still working but didn't want to take a chance. The installation person was good and took care of his surroundings, only disappointment was the pump was not tested.”

“Not likely, unless it was something really small. I don't trust them to do beyond the bare minimum of what they capture in their notes. They certainly will not attempt to do the best work, or even good work. Just specifically what is stated. They also don't seem to have the right expertise for what they offer. They kept asking me what type of pipe, or pitch, or distance of run I wanted; or what size pump, etc. I would expect some recommendations.... This company, for all its reputation, seems like it can do the work but needs to be overseen by a general contractor.”
