“One visit was to seal four new cracks, and another was to seal a crack that had reopened after being repaired in 1996—that was under a lifetime warranty. My advisor, Jerry Meadow, was so helpful in quoting the new cracks, and the warranty department was so useful in helping me to get service for prior work. They were flexible with my schedule, the workers did a great job, and were very knowledgeable.”

“I've always been happy with U.S. Waterproofing's work. We've used them a few times. Originally, they fixed a crack in the foundation and filled it up. A couple of years later, we had them put on some window well covers, which are strong and fit well. They're good people. They're A+.”
“U.S. Waterproofing did a terrific job. The price they gave me is the price they actually charged me, and the guy they sent out was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for anything better.”
“We've been very satisfied with them. They came on two different occasions about a year apart, and they remembered what we'd asked them about before and what the problem was. They told us different tests we could run so that we could feel better about what was being done. They were very honest with us. I've given their name to several of my neighbors.”
“I used U.S. Waterproofing, and I had a positive experience with them. There hasn't been a problem since they fixed it. The quality of the work has been holding up for me. I would give them an A+.”
“U.S. Waterproofing stopped our leak and repaired a couple of cracks in the foundation. The quality of the work was good. The workers and cleanup were very good. The customer service when I called in was very good—no problem. I would use them again. They get an A+ from me. They were good.”
“I've had no problems with the foundation cracks that they patched up. I had some foundation cracks, they filled them, and I have no problem with leakage anymore. The workers who came out were great. They did not leave anything lying around; they were good. Everything went well—A+.”
“U.S. Waterproofing was here when they said they were going to be, and they did what they said they were going to do. I had a crack in the foundation, and water was coming in when it rained, so they fixed that. They had to waterproof some of the side of the foundation where it was leaking, and they cleaned up after the job was finished. I'd give them an A+.”
“I haven't had any water problems since U.S. Waterproofing came. We haven't had a real heavy rain, but I'm being optimistic anyway. There was a crack in the foundation. I don't know how they repaired it, but they did something with it on the outside of the house, and it hasn't leaked since they did it. The people who came out to do the job were very pleasant and informative. The real test will come with the heavy rain, but as of right now, I would grade the company an A+.”
“I've had U.S. Waterproofing out here three times. I keep using them because they did good work the first time, and that's why I had them back the second and then the third. I would certainly use them again. They fixed cracks in the foundation. If I were to grade this company, I would give them an A+.”
“U.S. Waterproofing's quality of work is good. I recommend them, and I would give them an A.”
“We had U.S. Waterproofing do some work for us, and it was a very positive experience.”
“U.S. Waterproofing did very good, and I can't complain. They did some work on the cement foundation. When the work was completed, I did not have to clean up behind them. Their service was an A.”
“Several years ago, I had some foundation cracks filled by U.S. Waterproofing. I have a bunch of rental homes, and I've strictly used U.S. Waterproofing for the last ten years. They're always very dependable. They do the work on time, and I don't have any problems after the fact. I keep using them instead of other companies because they've always serviced my rental properties, so a lot of it's built on trust. I'd give them an A.”
“U.S. Waterproofing fixed a foundation crack. They sealed it up with epoxy, and so far, it has been good. I have used them in the past at my other residence as well. They do the job, and they provide a guarantee. They arrived on time, and their customer service was pretty good—A.”
“U.S. Waterproofing came out for cracks in the foundation, and they sealed that for me. I have not had any problems that I can see so far. My son-in-law recommended the company to me because they did work for his mother. They were very helpful, and when I phoned in, the customer service was good. When they were finished with the sealing, they cleaned up well. I'd give them an A-.”
“U.S. Waterproofing did a fine job. I would give them an A.”

We had a very, very complex situation where they had to go through my newly refinished family room and get to a crawl space and drive 12 piers 60 feet into the ground. It could have been a total disaster, but they did a wonderful job. Everything was good, from answering all my questions to cleaning up afterward. I'd give U.S. Waterproofing an A+.

U.S. Waterproofing did the job right. I had bowed walls, so they put supports in and covered it back up. I had a few leaks, and they also took care of all that, and I haven't had any leaks since—it's been great. They were very good.

They repaired some foundation walls for us. They provided very prompt service, and the work was done very well. They left the work area very clean afterward. They're definitely an A grade.

We've used them before, and I've always been happy with them. They came out quickly, did their measurements and everything, and then we walked them through the problem. They came up with a solution pretty quickly. In this case, it was the porch they were fixing. They drilled holes for supports and filled them with rebar. No change, so it's looking good. I'd rate them an A+.

I liked the job they did, the cleanliness and efficiency. They had to fill cracks, and the work is holding up beautifully. It's definitely worth having U.S. Waterproofing work for you. A+.

I'd tell other people to use U.S. Waterproofing. The sales rep that came out was informative and helpful; I liked that quite a bit. And the guys that did the work were quick, and they were nice guys. There were cracks in the foundation, so they did a seal and injected it with foam. So far, there's no water coming in, so it's good. I'd give them an A.

They were very professional and prompt, and they did a good job, as they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves, which I thought was pretty good, and they were very polite. Also, they got the job done in the time they said they were going to be done. They injected some sealant into some cracks, and then they sort of put another thing on top of it, a spackle of some sort. Then they also installed a new sump pump for me. It's working fine. We've had a lot of rain and snow recently, and it's going fine. They get an A+ from me.

They worked very hard to fix the problem. They had to dig under the house and stabilize the foundation and raise the house. No problems. We have to see what happens later, but so far, so good. They were dedicated; they wanted to solve the problem—that is what I liked about them. I would give them an A+.

They did the job, and I haven't seen any more water in the areas they worked on. There were cracks in the wall, and they came in, chiseled them out, and injected something into the walls to seal the cracks. They were neat; they didn't leave a mess. They were careful coming in and out of the house. It went fine. I have no complaints about them. I'd have to give them an A.

I thought they did a nice job. They were quite helpful with everything, so I don't have any complaints. They seemed very easy to work with, and I don't remember any problems with them. I felt that they were honest and up front with me.

I'd give them a good recommendation; they were great. They repaired several cracks, and the repairs are doing excellently, knock on wood. They were on time, and they did a good job. It was very good; no complaints. A+.

They were really quick, they were honest, and they did a good job. They had to go under the garage and put these posts in. It's holding up very well. They were honest as far as not charging me for posts I didn't need. I'd recommend them highly. A+.

U.S. Waterproofing came and took care of a foundation crack. I've had no problems since. Their cleanup was wonderful in the end.

It was a very nice job; they were neat. They sealed everything, and I haven't had a problem since. They were in and out, and they were clean. They sealed 13 cracks, I believe it was, because the foundation really had a lot of problems. I'd definitely recommend using them. They were in and out, willing to negotiate prices, and they cleaned up. I don't know what else you can ask for. They did a very good job—A+ on everything.

They did urethane injections, and the work is holding up fine so far. It's been about a year, and I haven't noticed any issues. When they were here, they were able to answer all of my questions, they were very thorough, and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need. They were flexible with the pricing too, because it was a slow time of year for them, so that was helpful as well. They're very professional, and the people that did the work had over two decades of experience, so that made me feel confident that they were going to do a good job. I would say they should get an A+, definitely.

I've been working with them since the 1980s. They've taken care of two or three problems for me. Most recently, I had a crack in the wall. They did the work, and so far it has held up. They had to fill it from the outside, because the basement was finished on the inside. In another property I had, they had to put a sump pump inside to keep the whole basement from flooding. I'd say they're good. I would give them an A+.

They cleaned up, and they were quick, efficient, and friendly. They filled cracks in the basement walls, and the work is holding up wonderfully. They also put in a sump pump for us. I'd have to give them an A+. Everything went well with U.S. Waterproofing.

They fixed the problem. They were prompt, did what they were supposed to do, and they didn't charge me to re-fix the crack—they added some more material to the cracked area they'd worked on. I'd rate them an A+.

I would rate them an A+. They had given me a quote, but I think the job was a lot more difficult than they'd originally thought. They never said anything about it—they just did the job, worked really, really hard, and it didn't change my price at all. A lot of people came in to help, doing different things—a lot of support. I think they dug 11 holes and drove pilings down to firm soil, then lifted up the foundation to stabilize the walls and the rest of the house. I would definitely recommend using them. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and I was impressed with their whole organization.

They did nice work repairing the cracks in the foundation. They had to cut out a little bit and then put the epoxy in to seal it. It's doing very well. They were very professional, and they cleaned up very nice, didn't leave a big mess. They're a good company. They guarantee their work, and they're very professional. I'd give them an A+.

I had some work done two or three years ago, and we haven't had a problem since. It worked out great. They fixed the cracks with urethane, just injected urethane into the cracks and repaired them, and that was it. They also supplied me with an emergency backup pump system. It's holding up great. I highly recommend them. They get an A+.

I'd give them an A. The building's not moving, so everything's fine. They put some piers down in the ground to stabilize it. They did a good job, and the piers worked.

A good experience every time they were here. They did what they said they were going to do. Any questions I had, they were always glad to answer. You could always talk to a live person. Everyone, from the top office clear down to the man who dug the holes, was very courteous and kind. In January 2011, they put steel piers in our home because our house was falling apart, to put it mildly; they stabilized the foundation with these steel piers. That's what they did the first time. They also filled a few cracks. Last fall they came back for the front of the house, which they didn't do the first time because when they checked it with a laser, it showed it was straight. That was a little false information for them, so they had to come back and do the front because I had just had doors put in, and now they weren't even latching. My front window, which had never given me trouble, was giving me trouble. So, they came out again and did the front, and now my doors work and my windows work. Again, everyone was happy, excellent towards me. I'd give them an A+, or maybe A++. I have highly recommended them to anyone that wants to know.

They do what they say they're going to do, and there's no screwing around. The walls—where there were little cracks that were leaking, seeping—they drilled in there, cleaned them out, injected some stuff in, sealed it all up, and we haven't had problems since. I think they're good. My niece and nephew told me about them—U.S. Waterproofing did a job for a woman that lived out near them, so they gave me the number because she was very satisfied with them. The beauty of it is that it's a lifetime guarantee, for as long as I'm in the house. It'd be an A grade for them. I had one little spot that was weeping after that, and they came right out and fixed it. If anyone wants to call me and use me for a reference, they can do that, too. U.S. Waterproofing really did a good job, so I've got no complaints whatsoever.

They were nice to work with, and as far as I know they did a nice job. They jacked the garage up and put in a new garage floor. It hasn't been too long, and as far as I know it's fine. I'd give them an A+.

We had the foundation raised in six places. They were on time, and they did the job a timely manner. I would assume that they'd perform a good job for anyone else, and that the person would be happy with the performance of U.S. Waterproofing. I would give them an A.

They were very good. They did everything they said, on time and on budget. We redid the outer walls, and they injected some sort of sealant. I'd tell anyone considering U.S. Waterproofing to use them because they're very good. A+.

My home was falling apart, to put it mildly. I’d just had new doors and windows installed, but they wouldn’t even shut. U.S. Waterproofing stabilized the foundation with steel piers, and everyone, from the folks in the office to the workers who dug the holes, were very courteous, kind, and in good spirits. Now, my doors and windows work again. They get an A++.

“U.S. Waterproofing worked hard to fix our problem, and they were very dedicated—that’s what I liked about them. They dug down under the house to stabilize the foundation. We’ve had no problems since. That deserves an A+.”
“I think the job was more difficult than they initially thought, but they worked really hard and still did what they said they would do. They drove pilings down to the firmer soil and lifted the foundation to stabilize the walls and the rest of the house. I was impressed by their whole organization. A+.”
