We had a great experience with Jim’s The Handyman! The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully, and completed all of our projects beautifully, including hanging a shelf, repainting and updating our front door/weather stripping, and replacing a door lock. The entire process was polished and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the team was clearly skilled and experienced, and they cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. We were really happy with the value and quality of the work and would absolutely use them again.

My family and I have worked several times with Jim the Handyman. Their work is excellent, just top-notch in all instances we've had them come out our way. We live in Springfield, VA, found out about them in a mailer. Their estimates are free, and they always stick very close to said estimates too, once the work proceeds and gets done. In past, they've installed interior doors for us... have cleaned out gutters... have done woodwork on exterior of house... have done a full-on wood wall to support our AC unit. Please with all projects. Most recent work was in May 2026. 4 small projects, 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. Our tech Jorge was so kind and hard-working, great communication with us as he did his work. All the work done in a few hours. Very impressed. Roof work... window work... securing a handrail in foyer... quick fix of a broken gutter in a spot I couldn't get to without a huge ladder. Excellent job by Jim the Handyman! The pricing = really solid and competitive, in all instances we've worked with them, and the May 2026 instance was no exception! HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had an excellent experience with Jim the Handyman and their team while preparing my condo for listing. They painted the entire unit and handled a variety of repairs, including drywall patching and other small fixes throughout the condo. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the results made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of the property. The team was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. They worked efficiently and completed the project in a short amount of time without sacrificing quality. Everything from the drywall repairs to the final paint finish was done with care and attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the coordination by the project lead, Efrain, who did a great job keeping everything organized and ensuring the work moved forward efficiently. He was responsive, helpful, and clearly committed to making sure the project was completed properly. Overall, the entire experience was seamless. Awesome, fast, friendly, and professional service. Very happy with the work they did. My ceiling looks brand new again, and the color matched perfectly. My technician, Isai and his team were easy to work with, and very professional. I will definitely be returning customer if I need work on a another project. I highly recommend them.

During a recent storm, we had an exterior vent cover with bird guard blow away, leaving our vent exposed. We reached out to a few handyman service providers to explore options for repairing or replacing the vent cover, and chose Jim The Handyman. The free estimate was thorough and clearly explained the potential options and the proposed work. On the day of our appointment, Jorge arrived promptly within the scheduled time and was very efficient in confirming the work that he would be completing, before starting the job. We were pleased with his craftsmanship, and his efficiency. We will keep Jim The Handyman in mind for future projects as well!
