Christian and Anthony were great getting the work done. And fast work. As I had already knew where my solar pool heating leaks were as it was obvious with the salt and calcium deposits as it leaked out. They professionally confirmed the issues. We had discussed the more fatal header leak of one of the panels and the solution was to remove it completely and reduce the overall system to 1 less panel. There still exists an option to add a fresh panel back into the system later. We also discussed various other options given the cause of the damage to my 4 year old system was the wind rattling the panels up and down on my tile roof despite the current straps used. The bottom of my panels rest just slightly below a tile line and as the panels vibrate in the wind, they scrape against the edge of the tiles causing wear and leakage. Christian added in some rubber padding along the lower couplers to attempt to raise the headers off the tile edge. I may still add silicone trivets to further buffer this installation design flaw. Pictures included of the leak and the scraping damage to the bottom header on the panel that was removed.

We had a whole house fan installed in one day. Talked to salesman Jaime on Thursday, and because there was a gap in the schedule, they were able to send out Garet and Igor bright and early the next day. They were both very courteous and careful during the installation, and helped us decide on a location in the hallway that would work to install the fan. They finished in 1.5 hours, cleaned up, and Garet demonstrated how to use the remote to turn the fan on. It was amazingly quiet, and had great airflow! We are very happy with the quality of the work and these two professional workmen. The cost for the job was in line with another quote we got, and overall seems much higher than I expected, but we got a big discount for being flexible with the scheduling, so they could keep their crews busy. I recommend Sierra Pacific!

David Teckam did my semi-annual HVAC maintenance today and did a great job, which is what I've come to expect from all of the Sierra Pacific techs who have services both our HVAC and PV panels. Beyond the service, David also took the extra steps, like adding labels to units and breakers to make it easier for me and future techs to maintain the systems. He also showed me features on my smart thermostats that could be useful that I hadn't know about.

I had a great experience with Sierra Pacific installing solar heating for my pool. Trevor S, Triston C, and Octavio L did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. The installation was clean, well-organized, and they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. You can tell they take pride in their work. The system is working great, and I’m really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Sierra Pacific and this crew to anyone looking into solar pool heating. Thanks again for the excellent service! Also, a big shoutout to Jeff Buckley—he really sold me on going with Sierra Pacific. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole decision process easy and comfortable.

David was super knowledgeable and explained to me that a new OSHA law required that they install anchors to our roof. I support the safety aspect 100%, but having all the cost dumped into the customer is not right. David worked with me and we got it done. He finished the job quickly and professionally, and I appreciated his honesty in an awkward situation. I was just expecting to have the solar for my pool turned on, which would be no cost to me normally with my mains plan. Experienced professionals are hard to come by, but so nice to work with! The permanent anchors are now installed and we are set for any trips to the roof in the future. Thanks, David!
