Sierra Pacific installed our pool solar in 2008 when we had the pool built. It worked great all those years. We had a new solar system installed by Sierra Pacific again last year. They are an outstanding company and provide a great product and excellent customer service. I wanted to turn the solar on for this swim season (yes, I’m a little early but so is the warm weather) but I couldn’t remember exactly how to do it. I called and spoke with Jeff B. and he was so nice and helpful. He walked me through all the steps and even told me if I had any problems to call him. If you’re looking to get or replace pool solar, you’ve gotta call this company. They are truly amazing.

We have a solar pool system. Sierra Pacific has been our go-to company since we got our house and my first and only pool. Christian was here today to winterize our solar system. He’s quick, he’s knowledgeable and very professionally friendly. He always gives me a quick update on what’s going on with our system, as well as any new developments in equipment that might work better than our current system. I love that! I know that once Christian is done, our system is safe for another year. And our pool purrs! Having that resource available makes pool care much, much easier. I feel safe knowing that if I need help, it’s only a phone call away. I’ve needed that help a couple of times, and got exactly what I needed in a very timely manner. Great company, and an excellent service tech in Christian.

Recently moved to the Sacramento area and wanted a whole home water softener in our new place. Brian came out to take a look at our layout and suggested a system. He was super friendly, informative, had great communication, and gave us the time we wanted to consider our options. Then just a week after deciding to move forward Fred was out to install the system. After showing him where we really wanted the softener placed it was clear it was going to be a bit of a stretch, so I gave him backup options. But Fred absolutely went the extra mile and got it precisely where we wanted. Kudos Fred! Like Brian he was friendly, easy to talk with, and clearly knew what he was doing. Super impressed and was an overall great experience. I'd recommend Sierra Pacific in a heartbeat.

A Truly Outstanding Team I couldn’t be more pleased with the HVAC installation completed by Garet, Luis, and Skylar. They were exceptionally efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to make sure I understood how to use my new system, answered all of my questions, and made the entire installation feel effortless. I’ve also been a Sierra Pacific customer for 14 years, and they are a well-run company that genuinely cares about serving its customers well. Sierra Pacific and its employees continue to be an outstanding provider of home comfort. I highly recommend Garet, Luis, and Skylar—they were absolutely fantastic!

We had such a great experience with Sierra Pacific! Cody, Santas, and Yash were fantastic. They were fast, efficient, and worked hard the entire time. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and left the area looking great. What really stood out was how kind and friendly they all were. They had great attitudes, were very respectful, and even remembered our names, which was such a nice personal touch. It’s not often you get a crew that is both professional and genuinely pleasant to have around. We really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend them!
