Sierra Pacific installed a mini split system for us. From top to bottom they were amazing to work with. Jim our sales guy was great and even solved some hiccups along the way. Garrett, Tommy and Santana did the install and they were also amazing. Very professional and consistently updated us on the progress. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their HVAC system. One of the best companies I’ve ever worked with.

Thanks to Sierra Pacific team member Fred for installing our water softener with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. He was patient when we tried to decide about whether or not to drill a hole in our counter top for the RO system too! Very nice person and I would highly recommended him.

Sierra Pacific exceeded our expectations in every way. Gabriel, who drives from Stockton every day, was pleasant, very skilled, and explained every aspect of our new HVAC system. We went with a heat pump. We are very pleased. Gabriel’s assistant, Israel (who also has a long drive each morning) was thorough, and worked on the outside most of the time. He placed everything neatly, and professionally. He was also friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Igor came in, and replaced thermostats, and attended to details that made everything work well. We were customers of another company for many years, but always felt pressured as though they were constantly trying to up-sell us at every turn. The office staff are genuinely helpful, and offered assistance throughout our experience. Thank you again. Our experience with Sierra Pacific was wonderful in every way. Thanks again!

Guys in the Big Red Truck, have big surprise for you when contact them for service. First of all, a $294 bill just for the truck roll to your location. I already diagnosed the system a small drip leak in the 2-inch supply line to the solar pool panel and a drip leak on the vacuum valve one the end of line. I was under the impression that the good faith prepay, $294 would part of the new estimate when the technician arrived. This new amount was $662. I was good with that, as I thought this would be my new total for repairing the leaks. However, I was wrong as the new total was $294 + $662 = $956. Just know you, if you have work done with Sierra Pacific this up-front charge is non-negotiable. By the way the Technician did a great job in doing the repair. The management team at Sierra Pacific have reviewed the details of this service call and have adjusted my total bill.

We had wonderful service from doing the initial inspection, the quote to replace, and full HVAC replacement. We love the new system and it was a good price. Special thanks to Mark, Chris, Garet, Gabe, Tommy, Isreal, and the office staff, you were all amazing.
