"Berkeys Plumbing was a robbery. The technician took advantage of the fact that I did not know about plumbing as was extremely predatory in his business approach. Zachary Stanfield charged me over $780 to do the diagnostic job of a simple leak. This did not include any costs to actually do the repair. He did not show me any photo or video evidence of what was going on and was dishonest about what needed fixing. He also upcharged the quote to do the repairs. A competitor came out to give me a quote and charged me $425 to fix the entire issue and they are also certified and insured. They were appalled to hear about my experience with Berkeys. They showed me photo/video evidence to show me what was going on, and were honest about what needed fixing."

Unfortunately the bad battery started chirping on a Friday night. Well Berkeys would not come out on Saturday or Sunday or even Monday, and we were told it would be Tuesday before anyone could come to our house. So, I got out my extension ladder and replaced the bad battery myself. I am 72 years old and I have NO business getting on the ladder to 17 feet. We spent over $21,000 on new HVAC units with Berkeys, but we have NO priority with them?!?!"

"I liked the idea of a one-stop-shop and working with a company with extended hours. However, each specialty operates separately so there is really no benefit. I bought extended service agreements - the whole nine yards. I was recommending this company. I won't again. I put in an entire HVAC system and at the end of the day, they left the drain in the mud by the house, creating foundation problems and causing the unit to shut off due to the clogged drain. I hope my most recent technician will not be blamed for this. It was the installers who let me down."
