We had Berkey’s install a water softener and reverse osmosis system, and the experience was outstanding. Shout out to Jacob and Daniyl! They were knowledgeable, professional, and did an amazing job from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything and were very detailed in their work. The difference in our water is incredible. My hair and skin already feel so much better! We’re so thankful for their expertise and highly recommend them. We are officially lifelong customers!!

Berkeys has been, up to this point, extremely professional and thorough. Got set up with their membership, they immediately got my plumbing and electric inspection (included in the membership) set up as well as my ac tune up. Their plumbing specialist Charles was honest and upfront and had a kind interaction, was very willing to answer any and ALL questions. Their Electrical specialist Hunter was a dream, very kind, very informative, very honest, lovely conversation and attentive to the process and explanation. We havent had any work done yet, but so far berkeys has been great.

We had to replace all our hvac systems. Courtney Tate from Berkeys came to provide inspection and a quote. After we finalized I asked him as to when the installation would begin. He said “they will be completed tomorrow”. They really did install 4 new systems the next day and hauled away the old ones. It was an impressive logistics and operation! At one moment I saw 6 trucks. Their technicians were courteous, competent and efficient. Thank you, Courtney, Guillermo, Kevin, Erik, Aaron and Berkeys team for making it possible!!

I brought in Berkey's to update my outdoor lighting (up-lights along the house and fence), and every part of the job turned out to be a couple steps more involved than expected. Bryan Garcia and Preston (his apprentice) handled all of it without missing a beat. They kept me informed the entire day, explained what they were doing in plain language, and gave clear recommendations instead of just defaulting to the easy route. It's the little things that make the biggest difference: shoe covers every time they came inside, a heads-up before the power went off (I was working from home), and were so sweet to my senior dog. They worked the whole day through pouring rain and the humid sun that followed it, ensuring that the job was done right. And when I noticed one small thing amiss after they'd left, Bryan came back after hours to make it right. It honestly could not have been a better experience. Was the the cheapest quote - no. It was reasonable and for the work they did, it was the best deal in town. Richardson, Dallas, and Plano folks — these are the guys you want to trust with your electrical work. Ask for Bryan when you book your appointment.

We had two tank water heaters, pressure control valve and a hot water recirculating loop installed. The installers were professional and did an excellent job both explaining what they were doing and maintaining a clean work area. The pricing was very competitive and the warranty is 10 years (P&L). My impression was that Berkeys is high cost, but was pleasantly surprised when I received their quote. I recommend Berkeys without reservation, but also encourage folks to get several estimates (free) before making a final selection!
