I had my HVAC system installed by Berkeys back in March, and yesterday I had my first maintenance and tune-up appointment. Nicholas, the technician who came out, was very thorough and professional. He even identified and fixed a minor air leak that had been overlooked during the original installation. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took to make sure everything was running properly. I'm currently an MVP member, so the maintenance visit was included at no additional cost. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, and I especially appreciate Nicholas going the extra mile to get everything working as it should. Great experience!

Our technician, Mr Audeliz Mendez, arrived on time and he was very courteous and knowledgeable regarding our leak issue. He also provided us a third party contact information (free service inspection), that made us very happy and relieved regarding any existing mold issues due to our water leak. We were very impressed with Mr Audeliz genuine customer service and honesty regarding unnecessary repair costs.

When our A/C stopped working, Berkeys truly saved the day! Out of every company I called, Berkeys was the only one able to help us. From the friendly office staff to the knowledgeable technician, everyone provided outstanding customer service. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and got our A/C running again quickly. We are so grateful for their prompt response and excellent service. We had a on-demand hot water heater installed. While the company has been good to deal with, there have been several issues after the install. 1. Not installed to code, needed a junction box not an extension cord as originally installed. 2. After the junction box was installed, the plug was left loose (not pushed in all the way), which resulted in the hot water heater not operating three days later. Simple fix (just plugged it in), but shouldn’t have happened. 3. Now we have water dripping from one of the PVC pipes, which looks like the pipes are not pushed together very well. Again, looks to be a simple fix, but shouldn’t have happened. I will say the company has been responsive, but QC is lacking.

Berkeys is really great to have. This was my second time to have Jay work on my A/C and furnace. He is really knowledgable. He found and repaired the issue quickly. I will ask for him by name next time. Two enthusiastic thumbs up 👍
