Before you jump to conclusions . I want a five star review to two employees of this company . - Michelle Ballard Director of Call center operations. - Carlos Santos- Onsite Engineer. We have a Train unit around one year old. During our last heat wave we noticed a best described electrical sound coming from the unit and our house struggling to maintain a temp below 80 degrees even with the thermostat set to 72 . We phoned Precision and had an onsite tech evaluate on July 2nd stating that the compressor was grounded and needed replaced . He stated he would order the part immediatly and replace it . A week went by with no update or follow up . We phoned over and over and over getting automated agent to dispatch to no call back SIX TIMES . On 7/13 I phoned in and was connected with Michelle Ballard. She took the time to review everything and found all gaps in the communications . She immediately took action and directly contacted all parties to have the issue resolved. She stated she would follow up with me the next morning and make sure all was in process. She did that true to her word. She was exceptional compared to other channels in this company . The right person makes the bad situation change in minutes . Michelle is the right person. Carlos our onsite engineer arrived onsite . He had no notes on what was wrong and started from scratch diagnosing the issue again. He worked outside in above 100 degree heat index . We provided him to come inside our home and cool off and also provided water during this time . He was curtious and worked hard to verify the compressor was grounded and needs replaced. He ordered the part and we will await his follow up. However this gentleman did everything he could to make our AC work on spot . It just could not be at this moment . I only provide three stars to the company in general as they lack communication and customer service outside of these two people. It took six calls to find the right person to get this addressed . Instead of cutting corners with automation put human intervention in place . If I had not connected with Michelle this would be a very nasty review .

Issac and his team came and replaced a furnace. I don't know what to say they are extremely good at what they do and professional. They laid tarps cleaned up after the install was done. They installed a trane variable speed. Worth every penny highly recommend

Avoid at all costs. They are ripping people off massively. TL:DR: They werent cleaning my AC unit outside AT ALL during my yearly maintenance visits - another vendor showed me just how dirty things are. Bigger issue: they recommended I get a new compressor for 8k or get a new unit for significantly more. Another vendor who came for a second opinion noted that my system was installed in 2021....even if it did have an issue (it doesnt) its well under warranty. If they are doing this to me, they are doing it to others. After many years, several homes, and even buying an entire HVAC system with them....I've cancelled my membership and am finding a new company to work with. Ever since precision today acquired AWE - its been beyond awful. It no longer feels like they care about being reasonable, helping me maintain my equipment for maximum lifespan, and just being a caring company for the families they serve. Its very very corporate now - and all about revenue at all costs. They have an insane amount of overhead - and they pass those costs on to their customers. My twice annual service/maintenance visits have become less thorough - I dont trust they are actually servicing my equipment. They spray it with a hose then shove an ipad in my face with a bunch of over priced quotes for every service precision today offers. I cannot for the life of me OPT OUT of the INSANE amount of text and email spam I get begging for a review. Well here it is... I have a 5 year old AC and today they quoted me over 12k for a new one. Ridiculous. They were just here weeks ago for the maintenance and gave it clean bill of health. They are also rolling out AI phone agents that are actively trying to trick customers that they are not AI, but a human. Theres fake call center sound effects and everything. And the AI agents are very ineffective too... and if you ask for a human - they route you back to main menu. Its now impossible to leave a voicemail.

Anthony and his partner were nothing short of amazing today. My job turned out to be far from easy, but they exhausted every possible solution, consulted with colleagues for extra support, and covered every single base. Both displayed a fantastic attitude, were incredibly knowledgeable, and showed immense patience with all of my questions. I cannot thank them enough for making every attempt to get the job done and pushing through a grueling 13-hour day during the hottest week of the year.
