“Felix was our technician -- He answered questions readily, showed me the area behind the furnace to change for the heat/AC seasons. He installed a humidifier filter that the prior year's technician had said I should buy and have ready for this year's work - neatly boxed the old one and explained it might be needed yearly, or possibly every other year. Polite, careful to leave things tidy and explained the paper work thoroughly. Pleasant - right on time.”

“I had a problem with some leaking commercial flush valve toilets. The tech from the first company told me that since the flush valves were old and he could not repair them. The tech from Intelligent plumbing came out and cleaned the flush valve and diaphragm and made sure the vacuum breaker was working properly. Everything is working fine now.”
