Spruce Goose Exterior Cleaning

We had a very positive experience with Spuce Goose, starting from their in-person estimate (which is pretty rare anymore from what I gather), good coordination with the office, and the actual job completed by Lucas a few days ago. We will definitely use them again next year. Lucas did a great job cleaning the exterior of our windows, plus screens, plus the Trex decking, handrails and corner posts in the front and the back of the house (think lots of different surfaces and corners where moss can build up.) He was timely, positive and pleasant, as was everyone we dealt with from this company. It had been years since our windows had been washed, but Lucas was patient, attentive to detail, and did a great job. The completed job was exactly the price we were quoted in the estimate, which was very reassonable. Thanks guys.

What can I say about Spruce Goose exterior cleaning. Nothing bad that’s for sure. I’m a satisfied customer and plan to use them again in the future. Customer service was excellent from Tyler, Janessa, and James. Lucas, and Caleb did a great job on all the exterior work. Job well done folks. Aloha🤙🏼

Bottom Line Up Front: This is a first-rate company and I strongly recommend it. The company rep arrived on time for the initial inspection and estimate. He was thoroughly informed, professional and addressed all questions and issues. The team executing the job also arrived on time. They carefully prepped the area, covering tender plants, etc. They worked efficiently, without drama. The results were outstanding: the house looks like it's been freshly painted and the windows sparkle. If you need this sort of work done, I recommend Spruce Goose be your first call.

I’m very pleased with Spruce Goose’s above and beyond customer service and high level of work. James and Tyler really breathed new life into our home after soft-washing it. Even though they didn’t have to, James fixed two pieces of siding that had come loose on our house! From beginning to end, James and his team were communicative, polite, friendly, and customer service-minded. I’m glad to have found them in the Best Pick Reports book! I would absolutely recommend them to others.
