"I have used Window Genie several times in the past with service at least equal to, if not exceeding, what I would expect for prices on the high end of reasonable. When I received an invoice for the job before they came, I thought the amount was reasonable. As they finished their work this time, they quoted me an amount that was approximately two thirds above the original quote. This suddenly became a ripoff--the work performed was not worth what I had to pay."

"I had been scheduled along with many other clients in one day. For some reason Window Genie decided to do this. I was scheduled by 4:00 pm but by 7:00 pm, still no service. I called and they said it would be much later that night. I didn't want them to be cleaning my windows at night so I cancelled and have not used them again."

"Work was completed professionally and on time. The result was outstanding, although one window was damaged trying to close it. I reported this to the company and they immediately scheduled their Ops Manager and Franchise Owner came out to assess the damage. The Owner assured me the widow would be repaired at no charge to me. Parts were ordered and the repair was completed in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the completed repair work and the original service."
