“I have used Window Genie several times in the past with service at least equal to, if not exceeding, what I would expect for prices on the high end of reasonable. When I received an invoice for the job before they came, I thought the amount was reasonable. As they finished their work this time, they quoted me an amount that was approximately two thirds above the original quote. This suddenly became a ripoff--the work performed was not worth what I had to pay.”

“Work was completed professionally and on time. The result was outstanding, although one window was damaged trying to close it. I reported this to the company and they immediately scheduled their Ops Manager and Franchise Owner came out to assess the damage. The Owner assured me the widow would be repaired at no charge to me. Parts were ordered and the repair was completed in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the completed repair work and the original service.”

“I was a painting contractor for 25 years and did a lot of pressure washing. While the crew was polite and worked steadily the attention to detail was lacking. Since they do most of their cleaning from the ground my second story soffits had wasp nest still there after they were done. My gutters were also very streaked when finished and they said that was the best they could do. I took a rag and could wipe them perfectly clean after they left. To the casual homeowner it would have been a good job..........but I’m not that guy.”
