“I have used Window Genie several times in the past with service at least equal to, if not exceeding, what I would expect for prices on the high end of reasonable. When I received an invoice for the job before they came, I thought the amount was reasonable. As they finished their work this time, they quoted me an amount that was approximately two thirds above the original quote. This suddenly became a ripoff--the work performed was not worth what I had to pay.”

“I had been scheduled along with many other clients in one day. For some reason Window Genie decided to do this. I was scheduled by 4:00 pm but by 7:00 pm, still no service. I called and they said it would be much later that night. I didn't want them to be cleaning my windows at night so I cancelled and have not used them again.”
