The team that cleaned our windows was incredible! I can’t believe how clean our windows are, and they were efficient and nice. A few weeks ago they also did our gutters— great job there as well. I highly recommend Amruss!

I bought a townhouse that had a brand new deck built last summer. It had never been stained or sealed and I hired Amruss to stain the deck based on a recommendation from a new neighbor. The contract never stated that they would be using a sprayer to put the stain on, but I didn't ask either, so I didn't worry about it at first. After a few hours, I took a look at the work so far and I noticed that the technician had not moved my grill far from the deck and got stain all over it. He didn't cover it at all. The grill was 2 weeks old. I had to point that fact out to him and he cleaned it, but it still has a couple spots here and there I'll have to work on. The man covered the metal railings on the steps but not the decorative hardware on the gate. He sprayed over the gate hinges and lock. I ask about it and he told me that's how they do it. I emailed the company and he was back the next day to clean them off because no, that's not how it should be done. When removing the hardware, he ruined most of the screws and was nailing the lock back onto the deck railing when I caught what he was doing. You can see in the pictures attached that the hardware has stain in the grooves and other places. You can also see the messed up screws and a few that are missing altogether. The gate doesn't swing quite right anymore either. I will end up having to go get new screws and try to fix the gate swing as well as try and clean off the rest of the stain. Even though he taped plastic on the house, there was still stain on the siding he did not clean off. There was also some brown stain on the gray flasgstones next to the deck stairs. The deck itself looks good but I had to really look and caught a lot of spots that were initially missed. The young man they sent was polite and worked hard but lacked attention to detail I typically expect from a professional company. I filled out a review requested by the company a couple of weeks ago with all of this information and never heard from them. Based on their non-response, I'm assuming they are ok with this type of result, but I'm not as satisfied. I gave 3 stars because the woodwork was stained well on the deck. I took 2 stars off because of the work I have to do now as a result of their inattention to detail. I would not recommend using this company to paint or stain anything.

Had a really excellent interaction with Amruss. Not only were they prompt at answering my call for a window washing quote on a Saturday - they kept me up to date throughout the next week with updates on when they would arrive and provided a thorough estimate on time with great pricing. Will definitely be using them again!

The technician from Amruss Home Improvement was wonderful! He explained to me exactly what he was going to do regarding the cleaning out of my window wells and then he did a great job doing it. Will certainly use them again when needed and would recommend to anyone needing this service.
