This is our second time using FHIA now Reunity. We initially used them after a lot of research. We have never been disappointed. The team is professional, accessible, and knowledgeable on the products they sell. Laura (agent) and Otto (scheduling) were so amazing we truly appreciate the group texts and almost immediate response when we reached out. The product is amazing. They don't sugar coat what they can do to get a sale. They tell you what they can do without waiver. Love the integrity. We have had no problems with our installation in the last 2.5 years. Laura went above and beyond and delivered earlier than we could have imagined. I am so in love with this company and their employees I have referred my neighbors and brother and will continue to recommend the people I care about in the future. Thanks Reunity, you are the best!

My Kitchen Transformation Experience with RENUITY — From Vision to Reality! I initially came across RENUITY through a social media post about upgrading kitchen cabinets, and I decided to reach out for more information. That decision turned out to be one of the best home improvement choices I’ve made! Laura Cavallo contacted me to arrange an in-home consultation, and from the moment we sat down, she took the time to understand my vision for transforming my kitchen. We spent approximately three and a half hours exploring different options, finishes, hardware, and color combinations. Together, we settled on two complementary color schemes that brought my vision to life. Once I signed the contract, a professional measurer came out to take precise measurements. A couple of weeks later, Humberto and his two-man installation team arrived and got to work installing the beautiful new cabinet doors, hardware, moldings, and side panels. Although I have a small galley kitchen, the transformation exceeded my expectations. What I had envisioned in my mind turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined! Laura deserves special recognition for the care and attention she gave to my project. She did an exceptional job communicating my wishes to her team and ensuring that the finished result reflected the look and feel I wanted. Like many people, I’ve learned to be cautious and skeptical when dealing with companies in today’s world. That’s why I’m especially pleased that I put my trust in RENUITY. The quality of the work, the professionalism of the team, and the beautiful finished product have left me genuinely happy with my decision. And there’s one more thing that gives me tremendous peace of mind: a 15-year warranty! If you’re considering giving your kitchen a fresh, updated look without undertaking a complete renovation, I can honestly say that my experience with RENUITY has been wonderful. I’m thrilled with my new kitchen and grateful to Laura, Humberto, and the entire team for making my vision a reality. Thank you, RENUITY, for a job beautifully done! From my first meeting with Laura I just knew I was going to have a great relationship getting my kitchen resurfaced. She came up with great input and thru out the job from beginning to end she worked with me. The job itself went very smoothly from the measurements to the actual completion. It changed the entire look of my open space living room kitchen area. I just love it. I have referred people on social media and hope their experience was as great as mine.

I recently contracted Renuity for window installation services. While the windows themselves seem nice, some of the framework is shoddy at best. After evaluating four distinct estimates, I ultimately selected this company, but the cumulative experience has left me regretting that decision. The primary challenge stemmed from the project manager, Ozzy. On the morning of the installation, I was unexpectedly informed that four of my windows were backordered. When I expressed my surprise, his response was dismissive: "Nobody called you to let you know?" This lack of proactive communication and accountability is unacceptable. Additionally, one of the uninstalled windows was left leaning against the wall on my back porch rather than being properly stored, and I am also still waiting on two screens for my sliders to be completed and delivered. Regarding the installation crew, the technicians were polite and worked diligently, though operations were hindered by a significant language barrier that prevented effective communication during the project. Subsequent communication issues arose regarding the framework around the sliding doors. When I initially raised concerns regarding surface dings, I was assured that an overlay would be installed following the municipal inspection. Upon following up regarding the timeline for this work, I was informed that the inspection had already been completed and passed. At that point, the project manager altered his position, stating that no overlay was included, that they used wood instead, and that I would need to retain painters to address the cosmetic damage. I don't mind having painters finish the framework but being given conflicting information and left to remediate installation impacts independently is disappointing. Ultimately, I selected Renuity at a higher price point than competitors, primarily motivated by their lifetime warranty. However, encountering this level of miscommunication and disregard diminishes that value proposition. Residing in a large community where homeowners frequently share vendor feedback, I cannot recommend Renuity based on this experience, which was heavily impacted by project management shortcomings. It is my hope that the broader organization maintains higher standards of client communication than what was demonstrated by this representative.
