l really like the material used and the design great; however there were areas that were not completed satisfactory and to me seemed flawed. Specifically, the gutter edges are not smooth. They seem to be bent in an unfinished, unfitting way. And also one off the shingles seem to be torn. When I questioned the laborer abut the shingle he state it could not be fixed and when I questioned him about the way the ends fitted around the gutters he directed me to look at my neighbors roof.and stated that is the way they are supposed to look. I thought my salesman told me my gutters were going to be cleaned but this did not happen and when I asked the laborer about cleaning my gutters he laughed and said oh no we don’t do that.

We recently had our roof replaced by Team Roofing Northwest, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. What stood out right away was their reliability. Every appointment—whether it was the initial consultation, cost estimation, or the actual installation—they showed up exactly when they said they would. The crew itself was equally impressive. They worked efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality, and they kept the work area clean and organized throughout the entire process. Another thing we really appreciated was how well the project was planned and executed. They coordinated thoughtfully around weather conditions and other factors, ensuring the work progressed smoothly without unnecessary delays. Given the overall experience, I would say their price is VERY reasonable, not only about the quality of their work, but more of the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend Team Roofing Northwest to anyone looking for a dependable and professional roofing contractor.

The whole team was so nice and professional. They did a fabulous job on my roof and their clean up was amazing. My house is 3800 sq ft and the roof is costing me less than the fence I had installed by another company. My house looks so great now and I have a 50 year warranty! I am so appreciative!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Quote process was honest, quick, and the price was fair. Other roofers told me I needed a roof immediately. Team Roofing NW let me know that I could get a couple of years out of my roof still. They also shared the general pricing increases over the years for materials and that might have been the only reason I got a roof replacement right away. I appreciated this insight as it wasn't something I previously considered. I went ahead with the roof. There were a couple of hiccups, but the folks at Team Roofing NW were professional and handled each one of them at no additional cost for me. Thanks Jean/Ariel/Ron and the other crew members. I especially appreciate the integrity and quality of you folks. If I do siding or windows in the future, I will keep you in mind.

I'm at the owner of the company at the Puyallup spring Fair. He took the time to really speak with me and hear my concerns and make a recommendation for the product that would work best on my roof. The estimator was very thorough and professional. The work was done in a very timely manner. I am very happy with my new roof and gutters.
