We recently had our roof replaced by Team Roofing Northwest, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. What stood out right away was their reliability. Every appointment—whether it was the initial consultation, cost estimation, or the actual installation—they showed up exactly when they said they would. The crew itself was equally impressive. They worked efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality, and they kept the work area clean and organized throughout the entire process. Another thing we really appreciated was how well the project was planned and executed. They coordinated thoughtfully around weather conditions and other factors, ensuring the work progressed smoothly without unnecessary delays. Given the overall experience, I would say their price is VERY reasonable, not only about the quality of their work, but more of the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend Team Roofing Northwest to anyone looking for a dependable and professional roofing contractor.

Were quick to the site when we had a link, easy to do business with and, offered a fair price to replace our old roof. The entire thing took 10 days from beginning to end, very efficient and professional. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I don't yet have the 50 year guarantee for the roof, which they say takes up to six months (unlike some other roofs I've had done). I'll revisit this post in a couple more months once I receive the warranty.

Quote process was honest, quick, and the price was fair. Other roofers told me I needed a roof immediately. Team Roofing NW let me know that I could get a couple of years out of my roof still. They also shared the general pricing increases over the years for materials and that might have been the only reason I got a roof replacement right away. I appreciated this insight as it wasn't something I previously considered. I went ahead with the roof. There were a couple of hiccups, but the folks at Team Roofing NW were professional and handled each one of them at no additional cost for me. Thanks Jean/Ariel/Ron and the other crew members. I especially appreciate the integrity and quality of you folks. If I do siding or windows in the future, I will keep you in mind.

I'm at the owner of the company at the Puyallup spring Fair. He took the time to really speak with me and hear my concerns and make a recommendation for the product that would work best on my roof. The estimator was very thorough and professional. The work was done in a very timely manner. I am very happy with my new roof and gutters.

We got our windows replaced about two and a half years ago. We were happy with the experience and enjoyed our interaction with the team. We do like the windows but I will say that I haven't noticed any difference in the electric bill. A couple of months ago we noticed black mold in our son's room, where the wall meets the ceiling right above the window. Thinking it might be a problem caused by the window installation, I emailed Team Roofing. Didn't hear back. I tried calling maybe a week later and left a message, and they said someone would get back to me, but that didn't happen. So I had someone else come out and look at it and they said it was caused by leaky siding, so we ended up getting all our siding replaced. So most likely the mold was not caused by faulty window installation, but they did mention that the windows had been installed without head flashing, so they added that while doing the siding. I haven't consulted anyone else to find out if installing windows without head flashing is a commonly accepted practice, but this particular contractor did some head-shaking and tsk-tsking over it. I'm going with four stars because I do think it's a good company.
