I'm currently working with DaBella to redo my siding, the work is still scheduled so I can only speak to the sales and process of engaging their services. The DaBella team member I worked with, Grady, was an absolute unit. He was professional from the very first moment we met, yet also incredibly personable, he managed to convey an incredible competence with deep knowledge and constantly apparent passion for the work. Before more on the sales part, the process was far better than other quotes I got. They did about an hour walking and inspecting my property, created a 3d scan and taking photos of problem points. This let them give an accurate quote that day, as well as show digital mock ups of finished state. Grady then sat down with me and we talked through the job, the issues, complications, and recommendations. I never got the impression that he was trying to push more expensive or upcharged things, with everything he recommended, he articulated the reasoning pulling photos of the issues and explaining why his recommendation was being made to address the issue. I will say, I was unprepared for the amount of time we spent going back and forth over the issue. Grady clearly wanted to make the sale, but unlike experiences with other sales folk he never felt aggressive or pushy, and his drive to make the sale didn't ever feel like he was just trying to make some quota, but that he genuinely cared about my project and was simply enthusiastic to see the work get done. Id easily give Grady 5 stars on his work, im only giving 4 stars at the moment because I can't speak to the entirety of the work. When the jobs done I'll come and update.

The experience from first consultation with Adam to final roof completion was OUTSTANDING. Adam was thorough in his explanation, he was more thorough in his inspection than any other company making the choice easier even though I was terrified of the cost. Adam worked diligently to ease my worries and managed a cost I could afford. My final roof is the best looking roof on my block by far! Looks however are not the most important part, Adam identified a concern in my home with my attic, no other company looked in my attic, the issues he raised were concerns this home has had since it was remodeled, the issues he addressed by adding ventilation to my roof which makes my roof different from any other house will forever make my home a proper ventilated attic space, cooler home in the summer and all together the best choice I could ever have been given. OUTSTANDING from start to finish. I asked questions and they were happy to give the answers. I have experienced some VERY UNEXPECTED issues after installation of my roof, concerning my Satellite Dish company and DaBella has been SO HELPFUL in helping me reach a resolution which my Dish company has made incredibly difficult. DaBella Roofing is an OUTSTANDING company with PHENOMENAL work ethic, I later found out 2 of my coworkers had also chosen DaBella Roofing out of all their choices of roofing companies and they also gave rave reviews! Personally, a new roof was not in my budget as a widow with minimal income but DaBella made this extremely important homeowner responsibility that is always one of the most important structures on your home, possible! Thank you to the entire DaBella team!

George was amazing at explaining what was wrong with my windows, which were failing, and in some cases, improperly installed. He walked me through the different options, and I loved being able to actually FEEL the difference in windows we were comparing. I decided to get 11 triple pane windows filled with argon gas with full screens that are nearly invisible. They were expensive windows, but a quality investment in my home. They even open on both sides and are easy to clean. I'm really hoping that these energy efficient windows will save me some money with heating in the winter and help keep the house cool in summer. It took 3 months from start to finish (initial meeting, manufacturing, install). Absolutely everyone I dealt with at DaBella was amazing, helpful, and responsive.

George Bennett is an exceptional window representative .He is highly professional and honest in all my interactions with him.. George is very trustworthy and he truly knows his product and every aspect of glass quality and Instalation options. DeBella is fortunate to have George on their team . He would be an exceptional trainer for other employees in your company on how best to treat customers while listening to their needs and customizing the product that exceeds their expectations.
