So I am a contractor that has dealt with a lot of bad people & I’ve been in the business for 25yrs. I was very impressed with how Collin & Lawshea were very thorough at covering my roof inspection, to the product & quality as well as the procedure. They were very knowledgeable about the product, service & the company itself. The best part was how willing & able they were to try to fit my budget. My circumstances did not allow to have the work done, so I can not brag about how nice it looks, but with a 50 year warranty, I have no doubts it would be perfect!

We had a great experience working with Siha from DaBella. From the beginning, he was professional, respectful, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. He took the time to clearly explain the value of the windows and gave a thorough presentation that helped us understand our options. Siha made sure everything was easy to follow, including the warranty details, and he patiently answered all of our questions without rushing us. We felt confident in our decision thanks to his knowledge and approach. Overall, he provided excellent service and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. We highly recommend Siha to anyone considering window replacement!

We were well informed of the scope of the project of our bathroom remodel. The presentation of choices of materials and the history of the development of said materials thereby their projected longevity and the guarantee of the finished job and materials and fixture's gave us a good idea of what to expect. Dan and Conner were friendly and knowledgeable about the job and presented us with several options for financing the project..

"Ultimately the installers did a good job. BUT, it took MONTHS to get our project going. Multiple phone calls, no info, took days for people to get back to us. Finally the siding was delivered, then it sat in our yard for about 6 weeks before the installers came. Then SURPRIZE, two planks in, we realize it's two different siding. So, we worked with what we had the most of, then they had to pause to order more. So, another 6 weeks, and I've no response from anyone. I even left a voicemail joking asking if I was 'being broken up with?" because no joke, no one would call me back. Finally, one day, without notice, an install team is at my door. they finished the job. But leave about 10 planks of hardy back in our yard, and some other supplies. sooooo...."

"We were not adequately informed about the product that the salesman sold to us. He switched products and colors on us without ever returning to our home to discuss the changes. The salesman did not communicate effectively with us after the job was done. The seams in the vinyl siding that was put on our home look absolutely awful. If my salesman had been honest with me about this product, I would have NEVER chosen it."

"this is high quality siding. My neighbor who is a self craftsman, commented on the thick foam on the siding and how well the siding was applied and looks. The only thing is that the crawlspace vents came off, one by one so I used a couple small screw to hold them and front porch corner posts at top of steps I think would look better if more narrow."

"I would give them a 4 based on the service and their professionalism. When it comes to the cost, I would tell them to get some bids. The job was done well. "

"I really appreciated how incredibly professional everyone was when we ran into some unprofessionalism along the way. My flowers were smashed in the front. I called DeBella and they took take of it even thought it was not their fault. Stage Right Solutions was very unprofessional at first. They sent there people back and they told me that their boss was going to charge them for this. That wasn't really my problem. I called DeBella and DeBella took care of it."
