We had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish with the replacement of four of our windows with their Symphony windows. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. A huge thank you to Sabrina, who was so kind, patient, and thorough during our initial home visit. She took the time to walk us through everything and made sure all of our questions were answered. Ryan handled our pre-installation measurements and was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and made the process quick and easy. We also want to recognize our installers, Keith, Brandon, and Billy. They did an amazing job and made the installation incredibly quick and painless. They were knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, very respectful of our home throughout the entire installation. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, which we really appreciated. Finally, a big thank you to Shane for conducting our post-installation inspection. He was extremely personable and clearly takes pride in his work. We really appreciated how much he cared about making sure we were happy with the finished product, that everything was completed properly, and that the entire team had done a great job. Overall, we are very happy with our new Symphony windows and our experience with Power Home Remodeling. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the process! We will definitely reach back out to Power when we’re ready to have additional work done on our home.

Just got all our windows replaced with Power and highly recommend. Everyone we encountered from the initial door knockers to the final installation have been very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process has been smooth, and we want to shout out Allen who gave a very informative sales pitch and walked us through all the details of what was best recommended for our home. Great options for payment plans as well.

The power team did excellent. We replaced 9 large windows in our home. I was originally hesitant but Alan did a wonderful job explaining both the benifits of new windows, and why our current windows situation was less then ideal. He explained the quality of the Syncrony windows and their in depth install process. The whole team was professional from start to finish. The install crew was friendly, thorough, and quick. They worked with us so we could stay in the home as they replaced the entirety of our homes windows by doing our guest bedroom as we worked in the office, and then our office as we worked in the guest bedroom. Fantastic experience 10/10. We will be using power for future home upgrades.

High pressure sales. Good product but overpriced. Clean up was horrible. They left glass all over my home and outside. My son got cut twice and my mother found a 2 inch shard in her bed. I asked to get my complaints addressed and no one will call me back. One guy came to do a review and agreed all the glass was awful and that a manager would call me. Then said he could give me a free upgrade if I bought more stuff from them. I told them no I was not using the company again and I wanted resolution for my current issue.

CD rep ( Mariano) was very friendly and informative to get me to talk with a sales rep. The sales rep (Tina) was also very informative and relatable, in which I felt very relaxed and confident in choosing POWER to be the best company to put in our gutters. The workers who installed the gutters with Angel as their crew chief did a quick and professional installment of the gutters. They were working respectively with us inside the house. Having Mariah as the Quality Assurance rep to come over to make sure the job was done right was very thorough and knowledgeable with explaining her inspection along with the pictures she took. I give the POWER team 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home. Thank you y’all!!!
