Absolutely thrilled with our new windows. The customer service we received was thorough from start to finish. We were left feeling relaxed and like we were in good hands with this company. All questions and concerns that we may have had were answered. This company is absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend them to others. Because we are elated with the work and customer service we've received, we will be having future projects done with them.

Do I have to even leave a star? The customer service at this company is complete trash. The product is decent, but the craftsmanship of the workers is also terrible. Quick rundown. I had my windows installed in March. Upon arriving at home, I immediately noticed that the caulking around the windows was bad. It looked like they gobbed it on and wiped it with their thumb, It was uneven visually as well as uneven in terms of actually sealing everything in. A rep visited to ensure the job was completed and we told them the caulk job was bad. They agreed and sent a crew out to clean it up. However, that crew left more messes on my siding. There are noticeable white smudges on my siding. I called into the company in early May (It is now July 1). They agreed the work should have been done better and transferred me to a local manager. A week later, I had to contact them again to get a crew sent out. A single person came out thinking they had to fix one mistake, but said there was way more that needed to be fixed and that they needed a full crew to come back. Fast forward 3 weeks, with no contact, and I reached out to the supervisor again. 2 weeks went by (while I was on vacation) with still no response. I finally asked if the phone number I had was correct. I got a response saying they would be reaching out soon to set up a date. I heard nothing for a week and responded again. I have now been waiting nearly 2 more weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Once they have your money, they don't seem to care. The salesperson shared with me that if I ever have an issue, I need to just take a picture of the issue, and upload it in the app. Just for reference, that does not even exist.

The work done to my home was great and done quickly. I had a very old and ugly door original to the home and old aluminum windows but they were no problem for the power team. My only complaint is with the communication with reps. The guys who came to do the work did great and the product they provide is worth the price. I was left awaiting phone calls several times and had to call to get updates on the project. I highly recommend them but be prepared to play a bit of phone tag.

There are 2 reasons for a 1 star review. The first is Google won’t allow 0 stars. The second is our salesman Ferrel aka Taco was absolutely amazing. This company tried to increase the price the day before install saying the measurements taken were wrong and more material was needed. The updated measurements were based on an aerial view likely provided by Google Maps. Because that measurement is so much better than a tape measure and a salesman taking measurements twice. Granted the difference was only $350, they refused to absorb the difference. $350 isn’t much but we had a signed contract for the original price. The poor salesman, Taco, is missing the commission on a $6k+ job over $350. Sorry Taco but Power did you in

EDIT: After reading many of your company's other reviews it seems that your sales representatives are all bullies who have no respect for the client's privacy or comfort. I will never do business with this company and will actively dissuade anyone else from doing so as well. - I went to U.C. Snowfest yesterday, Saturday February 21st 2026, with my two small children, and the first booth by the entrance caught my attention by offering a free tote bag. I spoke to Jack representing Power Remodeling who asked if any part of my home needed repairs. I mentioned the windows could use some work. He then asked for my address, and I gave him my zip code. He seemed unsatisfied but pushed on, asking when I usually get home from work. I was vague, saying sometimes as early as 4 or as late as 8. I asked for a card, website, phone number, pamphlet or something with some verifiable information about the company, as I had never heard of Power Remodeling before. He said he didn't have any of that. I thought to myself what company doesn't have a website or even a phone number? He again asked for my address which I again refused to provide. My children were getting antsy. He then called someone for me to speak to who also asked for my address. Again I said no. I gave the phone back and Jack asked once more for my address, adding that someone could come to my house on Monday evening to provide an estimate. He asked if 6:30 or 7 would be better for someone to come by. At that point I lost my patience and told him I would not be continuing the conversation. He was taken aback, asking how he offended me. Listen Jack, I repeatedly told you I don't want you to know where my family and I live and your response was to badger me and bypass my refusal by attempting to set an appointment anyway, at a time when I may or may not even be home, during which my family would be expected to invite a stranger into our house specifically to give them a tour of all the compromised points of ingress and egress. Who the hell do you think you are? I suspect your booth setup right by the entrance was a strategic, borderline predatory move to leverage the impatience of children to coerce adults into quickly agreeing to an appointment without any due diligence. A harsh viewpoint but not inaccurate, at least in my experience.
