The power team did excellent. We replaced 9 large windows in our home. I was originally hesitant but Alan did a wonderful job explaining both the benifits of new windows, and why our current windows situation was less then ideal. He explained the quality of the Syncrony windows and their in depth install process. The whole team was professional from start to finish. The install crew was friendly, thorough, and quick. They worked with us so we could stay in the home as they replaced the entirety of our homes windows by doing our guest bedroom as we worked in the office, and then our office as we worked in the guest bedroom. Fantastic experience 10/10. We will be using power for future home upgrades.

Just got all our windows replaced with Power and highly recommend. Everyone we encountered from the initial door knockers to the final installation have been very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process has been smooth, and we want to shout out Allen who gave a very informative sales pitch and walked us through all the details of what was best recommended for our home. Great options for payment plans as well.

Very good experience, installers were very professional, clean up was great, we were always kept in the loop of step off the project. Really loved the windows that we purchased Thanks to everyone involved with our project.

High pressure sales. Good product but overpriced. Clean up was horrible. They left glass all over my home and outside. My son got cut twice and my mother found a 2 inch shard in her bed. I asked to get my complaints addressed and no one will call me back. One guy came to do a review and agreed all the glass was awful and that a manager would call me. Then said he could give me a free upgrade if I bought more stuff from them. I told them no I was not using the company again and I wanted resolution for my current issue.

Pay attention to the one star reviews. I didn’t and I regret it. Came to my house to give the free estimate after my husband agreed for them to come after they knocked on our door. They provided a 4 hours sales pitch, selling me products I wasn’t interested in along with the ones I was. After the 4 hours pitch, they only allow you the same moment to decide if you will move forward if you want the better pricing. (We are talking a $3000k difference in a quote for windows). We decided to move forward, they ran our credit and took our bank information. A manager came out the next day utilizing another 2 hours of our time and re measured things. That’s when the story started changing, our windows are too large and we have a bay window. They decide to cancel the entire project, gutters and all because of the windows. “They can’t guarantee the work”. Okay great, then why did you waste six hours of my time to begin with. Not to mention they already ran our credit and took my account information. They have zero remorse of the wasted time and credit check. It took three people from their company to figure out they couldn’t do the work. All after they wasted my time, inquired my credit and stole my personal information. Shame on you Enrique, Chris, Hector and AJ for working for a company of liars.
