We contracted PHI to do a substantial home renovation which included ripping down stucco, putting up vinyl siding, replacing every window, and installing new soffits, gutters, and downspouts. This was a big project with a lot of details to get right. From the start, Brian came out and had a very in depth discussion about what we wanted and provided us with a detailed breakdown on costs as well as a computer mockup of what our home would look like after the renovation which helped us visualize the end result. We tweaked the proposal many times before signing the contract (plus a few times after), and the communication was always fast and informative. Once the work actually started, the workers did a great job of caring for our property to make sure nothing was damaged. The team worked faster than I expected, with the entire project lasting about 12 working days (5 of which were dedicated to removing the stucco). Everyone involved was friendly and the foreman, Patrick, was very helpful when issues arose. The entire project didn't go off without a hitch, there were a few minor headaches along the way (as I'm sure there would be with any project this size), but what sets PHI apart is how they went the extra mile to remedy those issues. The end result is fantastic and we have a house which we won't have to worry about for a long long time.

Mike and his team recently did our whole house window replacement. The team was fantastic; timely, professional, and incredibly proficient. This company installs windows the "correct" way, not just as a replacement. Mike was always very responsive with my questions and concerns and takes true pride in ensuring his customers are fully satisfied. Their workmanship was stellar, ensuing a perfect fit and weatherproofing for each window. They were very considerate in cleaning everything up after the job was complete. I fully recommend Preferred Home Improvements for anyone looking for windows, or any exterior project.

We had a wonderful experience with Preferred Home Improvement! They replaced and installed all of our windows and completely transformed the front of our home from stucco to Hardie board. The results are absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, every member of the team treated our home with great care and respect. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and incredibly attentive to detail. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and were always willing to listen to our questions and even adjust the scope when we requested changes. At the end of each day, everything was thoroughly cleaned up, which we truly appreciated. It was clear they took pride in their work and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. We contracted PHI to re-side our entire home, replace all windows, add two small roofs above our garage doors and side door and replace our front door arch and damaged posts. They did a fantastic job, with the end-product being much better than we had imagined. The crew was on-site early each day and were courteous and very clean in moving in and out of the house. They moved quickly with the bulk of the project being completed within 7 work days. They were proactive in replacing any wallboard that was damaged and did very nice work around hose bibs, removing stucco work and turns in the siding. Mike and his team were very responsive in addressing our questions and worked with us to finalize the roof design, which we are thrilled with. Special thanks to Patrick and Rashad for answering our many questions throughout the project and offering opinions and options -- the team was very flexible to changes throughout the project. The contract estimate was solid and we only had a couple adjustments based on scope changes that we had agreed on. We would definitely recommend PHI, very happy with the work.

My wife and I had our home siding and our roof replaced by Preferred Home Improvement. We are so glad we chose them to do this work. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed working with the sales consultant, Brian Houck. He listened to us, and delivered what we wanted. We really appreciate him laying out the options for us, letting us view how the house would look, and going forward with what we desired. The crews working on the house were fantastic! We had the work done in the late fall this year, and the weather was much colder than it was in past years. Every day they could work, they did. The much colder weather did not diminish the quality of work at all. I would recommend Preferred Home Improvement to anyone looking for siding or roof replacement work, without question.
