He served as a thought partner, helping us make good choices and adjustments along the way. Finally, his employees were professional, friendly and trustworthy. Once the project was underway, there were zero delays along the way. We are thrilled with the outcome of our very large home project, which was a complete re-do of our home’s exterior.”

We had stucco removed and replaced with Hardie board, all new windows, doors, shutters, soffits, gutters and downspouts. We also added a front portico and pent roof over the garage. “They are very professional, very down-to-earth, and I felt very comfortable with everyone that showed up. They showed up on time and came every day, weather permitting. We did have an emergency situation with bad weather overnight. We noticed water coming in after they had put siding up around the window. They were there at 7:00 AM to handle that before anything was damaged. We were very, very pleased from the beginning, middle, to the end.”

“We had been waiting over 4 months for another company to get started on our roof. We had given up on them and started contacting other companies, 2 of them didn't return calls for estimates. But PHI did and asked me some questions about our needs and scheduled an estimate in 2 weeks. After the questionnaire was reviewed and noted that we had some leaks. Mike from PHI reached out and came over the next day for the estimate. They were several thousand less than our original quote. Rain forecast for the end of the week so they scheduled for the next week. But when the forecast changed they came before the end of the week and finished the job in 7 hours. We could not have asked for better service, we highly recommend preferred home improvement.”
