Dabella did an amazing job. I’m very satisfied with the work. They aren’t the cheapest company but the value you get is worth it. Thank you Thomas and Alexis for my new siding!

We have a No Soliciting sign on our front door. The rep saw the sign, ignored it, opened our storm door, knocked, and when we didn’t answer - rang the door bell. He started off acknowledging the sign but proceeded to do his pitch anyway when I answered the doorbell call. I said thank you but no soliciting and yet he continued, three times. Even if I was interested in replacing my siding - I wouldn’t use this company because their employees can’t even follow simple directions.

The installation itself went smoothly, but everything after that has been a nightmare. Like many others, I experienced their aggressive sales process—though as a former sales professional, that didn’t bother me. What did? The complete lack of follow-up. It took over a month for them to pick up the leftover product, during which time our yard was damaged, and now we’ll have to reseed half the lawn next spring. Worse, we now have mushrooms growing out of our house (photo attached) — something that never happened before the installation. This suggests moisture or rot behind the siding, likely caused by poor installation. We’ve contacted customer service repeatedly and were told the installer would return to fix it, but it’s been two months and nothing has been done. • Sales process: Aggressive but tolerable. • Installation: Initially fine, but caused long- term issues. • Aftercare & warranty: Absolutely terrible. Their “commitment to excellent service” is a lie. Buyer beware, this has been one of the most disappointing home improvement experiences we’ve ever had.

We recently met with DaBella and had a really positive experience. They did a great job explaining everything clearly and walking us through the entire process step by step. They were patient, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood all of our options before moving forward. We appreciated how thorough and professional they were, which made us feel comfortable signing the contract. Looking forward to seeing the final results! Thanks to Daniel and Hunter.

I had Daniel and Clark at my house today looking at my Wondows and my Roof. They were very nice guiding me through the process explaining the systems. After they were done they showed me multiple options (we were in love withtheir product). They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and helpful in making it affordable. I look forward to working with them and their company.
