There happened to be an associate in my neighborhood going door to door offering quotes for any home improvement jobs that I needed done on my home. I decided to give them a chance and ended up getting a second quote from another company for comparison. Although the other company came in lower I ended up deciding on DaBella due to the one-time transferable warranty so if I ever sold my home I could pass on the warranty to the new owner. I didn’t like the pressure to decide same day and that they offered a lower price that day but they explained it was due to saving them the time of having to come out again when they had other appointments scheduled. I ended up sleeping on it and contacted them the next day to do the project, the person didn’t even have to come back to the house as I did all the paperwork online. It took about 8 weeks for the products to come in and then I was contacted by the install crew (contracted company). The crew that showed up was friendly and the crew leader was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. They ended up cutting one of the panels wrong which delayed the project over a week. I was happy that they admitted the mistake and didn’t just piece something together. The communication from DaBella was lacking and I was getting frustrated that I had to keep calling to get updates. I made several calls asking for more information and for compensation for the delay. I was feeling like this was going to go badly and they were going to drop the ball. I ended up getting a text from the crew leader that the piece had come in and to setup a time to finish the job and they were prompt and finished things up. When the person from DaBella called for verification of project completion I let him know all of my concerns. I was surprised to receive a call from a manager the same day and he listened to my concerns and offered me compensation for the delay in the project. Although there were some snags in the project and communication, the end results were beautiful and I would still recommend them. Communication and peace of mind are important when you are spending a lot on a big project. I hope they will use my review to help others have a better experience.

Loryn and Jeff were amazing! They came to my home, were very professional, and took the time to be completely honest and transparent about everything. I really appreciated how they explained their products in a way that was easy to understand they even taught me a few things! I learned a lot from them, and that really stood out to me. I’m definitely looking forward to doing business with them. Highly recommend!

We have a No Soliciting sign on our front door. The rep saw the sign, ignored it, opened our storm door, knocked, and when we didn’t answer - rang the door bell. He started off acknowledging the sign but proceeded to do his pitch anyway when I answered the doorbell call. I said thank you but no soliciting and yet he continued, three times. Even if I was interested in replacing my siding - I wouldn’t use this company because their employees can’t even follow simple directions.

My wife and I met with Daniel and Zach today. They were both professional and really easy to talk to. We were both really impressed with them and their patience with the both of us...or maybe more so with just me. They walked us through the process and the one-stop-shop helped with our decision. I will update my review once we get underway and when we have finished. Thanks again Daniel and Zach!!!
