Please, don't sign your financial life away to them. They have untrained sales staff come to your house and promise things that aren't done- or are done incorrectly. We signed in March for new siding and windows. They were quick to try to put the siding on so they could get paid for that but instead of removing the asbestos they just encapsulated aka put new siding on top of it meaning it won't be a great new selling point. We had nails left all over our house. We asked why they did the siding so quick when we also had signed up for new windows and they said it was not going to be a problem at all. 2.5 months later (yes, months) we received our windows which damaged our brand new siding. I feel for the installers who did the best they could but come on, be logical. Trying to place the new windows in our walls got ripped up from the tape they used in almost every room. The response, "oh well if you buy new paint someone will cover it up" and the next day (meaning no time for 2 working people to even go to the store and get the paint and without warning) the WINDOW INSTALLERS- not professional painters- came back to try to "patch it up". As you can see from the photos I'm terrified to have anyone but professional painters fix this mess as it could just be left looking way worse. My "fixed up" house looks so dumpy I don't even want to have friends over to see the renovations. But you know what happened with no delay, their loan processing for the full loan amount with no regard for the damages caused in the process. I'm scared to deal with them and in the future will go with someone off Angi's list or a respectable window company so it's done in the right order. Please, please don't let them scam you.

I was truly impressed with the experience I had with Osirus Smith. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything about the windows, the quality of the siding, and all of the options available to me without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and personable he was throughout the process. Because of the excellent service he provided, I will definitely be recommending your company to my friends and colleagues, and I'll be sure to tell them to ask for Osirus.

Overpriced, predatory interest rates, and an extremely high-pressure sales process. I was initially quoted $28,000 for a basic roof. I said no and walked away. I did not agree to the contract. However, the salesman continued using high-pressure sales tactics until my wife ultimately signed the contract despite my objections. Unfortunately, the problems continued after the sale. DaBella delivered the roofing materials about a month before the laborers were scheduled to begin work. There was no phone call or advance warning that the materials were being delivered. They simply showed up. Because the materials sat there for weeks before the work began, they were exposed to repeated rain. By my count, the plywood was rained on eight times, and the top two layers were visibly warped. That leaves me with legitimate concerns about moisture damage and potential mold in my attic. The crew also failed to use the proper ladder setup and destroyed the rain gutters I had installed and painted years ago. I have included a photo showing the damage. I came home one evening to find my kitchen light fixture filled with water. Removing the fixture caused it to break, and I had to mop up more than a gallon of water. The workers apparently could not figure out how to properly drain the swamp cooler reservoir. I have not yet been able to inspect the attic, so I don’t know whether the repeated exposure to rain and swamp cooler water caused additional damage. And then there are the nails. I have found roofing nails scattered throughout the lawn, walkway, gutters, and other areas around the property. This is not the level of cleanup I would expect from a “professional” roofing company. The combination of the high-pressure sales tactics, extremely expensive financing, premature delivery of materials, property damage, water intrusion, and inadequate cleanup has left me very disappointed. I expected a “professional” roofing company to make this process easier, not create additional problems and expenses for the homeowner. I cannot recommend DaBella based on my experience.
