"I waited almost 6 months to have my windows installed. Customer service was horrible. I requested they refund my money then all of the sudden my windows were ready. They scheduled installation three times and canceled them. I told them how I was losing money by missing work they were unapologetic. The windows were finally installed and I had to wait for another appointment with the painters. There were some materials left on top of the cover that blew off with the wind, so had to miss another day for them to come and check. The windows themselves are showing glue. Poor customer service. Poor quality of merchandise. Never again."

"The overall installation and windows themselves were great. The customer service as far as scheduling was an utter nightmare!!! I had my windows installed last August of 2021 and it took them until this March to get the proper hardware for the egress windows!!! I was so aggravated as they kept showing up at the wrong times when I wasn’t available or at work. I told them at least 6 times what my work schedule was. They sent people to my house several times and they didn’t even know what parts were needed for code for Bolingbrook. They had asked me if I knew… how am I supposed to know when I am paying them to know that. If they could communicate better and not make excuses then maybe I would have rated them higher."

"The window frames had white spots all over. It was the vinyl coating showing the back side Yesterday I noticed the vinyl crumbling in the corners of a few windows. I will be calling you guys on that soon When I push down to close the window it crumbles. Window too tight"

"While they made an attempt to clean up behind themselves, there was still debris left behind and the windows were terribly dirty….the panes and the frames. The workers did not tell me that the windows needed to settle for 48 hours before opening and to not open them. When they left, we cleaned the windows and couldn’t get them back closed again. The workers left my walls damaged when taking out the old windows. I was told to paint over it. I waited entirely too long due to supply chain issues. Eight months had passed from sale to install. The windows are nice, but overpriced. I’ll have a general contractor install windows for me going forward."

If WW gives you a good deal, like 5k below competitors, then I would consider them. If they’re on par for price with other quotes you received then I would go with the other quotes."

"There were too many problems with this project. From wrong size bow window with mismatched color section to wrong color windows and wrong size and color casings and incorrectly cut casings. "Overall i was satisfied with the service, however the windows was to be with the temper glass where it sould not be hot to the touch in the summer or cold to the touch in the window. They are not, the heat filter inside in the summer and cold air filter inside in the winter. Too much money spent for glass only."

"Product installed was not what was shown. Excuse was that we were shown an “older model”. Main front window brought out to my house was not what I ordered. They busted out my old window without having the correct new one. I was then left with a hideous patched up picture window for weeks while we had to wait for the correct window to be made! If I could do it all again, I would definitely choose another company. They are a more expensive company and I probably could have gotten better service from a cheaper one!"

"For the first six or seven months after I had it done, I had to run a space heater in the bedroom because the windows weren't keeping out the cold. I've been out of town, they are supposed to be calling me back this coming week, because the warranty is forever, so hopefully they will make good on it. They were helpful, their crew was good. My house wasn't a mess when they got finished, everything seemed to be going well. I was pleased with the result at the time of result. This is the first winter that I have gone through with them. I would grade them with an A."

"They continue to send me emails and phone calls, and it's frustrating. On the work itself, I would grade an easy A. They just installed windows. The work itself went very quickly, they sent somebody out to measure which went smoothly. Installation had to be rescheduled several times due to the weather. The only issue was to be spammed with phone calls and emails. There were lots and lots of calls saying, ‘Hey, we’re available to do more windows for you.’ It would have been an entirely positive experience. But that particular aspect was frustrating."
