“I waited almost 6 months to have my windows installed. Customer service was horrible. I requested they refund my money then all of the sudden my windows were ready. They scheduled installation three times and canceled them. I told them how I was losing money by missing work they were unapologetic. The windows were finally installed and I had to wait for another appointment with the painters. There were some materials left on top of the cover that blew off with the wind, so had to miss another day for them to come and check. The windows themselves are showing glue. Poor customer service. Poor quality of merchandise. Never again.”

“The overall installation and windows themselves were great. The customer service as far as scheduling was an utter nightmare!!! I had my windows installed last August of 2021 and it took them until this March to get the proper hardware for the egress windows!!! I was so aggravated as they kept showing up at the wrong times when I wasn’t available or at work. I told them at least 6 times what my work schedule was. They sent people to my house several times and they didn’t even know what parts were needed for code for Bolingbrook. They had asked me if I knew… how am I supposed to know when I am paying them to know that. If they could communicate better and not make excuses then maybe I would have rated them higher.”

“While they made an attempt to clean up behind themselves, there was still debris left behind and the windows were terribly dirty….the panes and the frames. The workers did not tell me that the windows needed to settle for 48 hours before opening and to not open them. When they left, we cleaned the windows and couldn’t get them back closed again. The workers left my walls damaged when taking out the old windows. I was told to paint over it. I waited entirely too long due to supply chain issues. Eight months had passed from sale to install. The windows are nice, but overpriced. I’ll have a general contractor install windows for me going forward.”

“The window frames had white spots all over. It was the vinyl coating showing the back side Yesterday I noticed the vinyl crumbling in the corners of a few windows. I will be calling you guys on that soon When I push down to close the window it crumbles. Window too tight”

“Meh. Do to multiple call backs to fix issues and rescheduling due to improper window measurement i would recommend shipping around. If WW gives you a good deal, like 5k below competitors, then I would consider them. If they’re on par for price with other quotes you received then I would go with the other quotes.”

“There were too many problems with this project. From wrong size bow window with mismatched color section to wrong color windows and wrong size and color casings and incorrectly cut casings. Wait time between delivery of wrong materials and corrected product too long. Only one out of seven windows was correct upon delivery. Too many problems to enumerate here.”

“Overall i was satisfied with the service, however the windows was to be with the temper glass where it sould not be hot to the touch in the summer or cold to the touch in the window. They are not, the heat filter inside in the summer and cold air filter inside in the winter. Too much money spent for glass only.”
