From the very beginning, working with Logan was awesome. I feel like he had my best interest at heart. Logan gave me multiple options to see which one was the best and least expensive for me. When I first bought my house 32 years ago, I changed one front window into two windows. I found that after talking it through Logan, my best option was to go back to one window which was for me and my budget was the least expensive way for me to go. I did get a couple of estimates before choosing Window Nation. I feel like if you are replacing your windows everyone should do that because I was definitely floored at the price of windows. Logan took his time with me and explain the installation from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Window Nation for anyone looking to replace their windows.

Window nation did the best job on our new window install. They were very thorough and communicative thru the entire process. The gentleman who came to install were on time and did a great job making sure the areas were cleaner than when they got there. We are very happy and will gladly recommend Window Nation to all of our friends and family!! ❤️

My overall experience with Window Nation from the start was great, even with an expected last minute change in my original initial appointment time. Mr. Lorenzo Lee was professional, arrived on time, provided excellent customer service, in which he demonstrated an outstanding presentation of the history of the company, with various it's #1 rating status with supporting data from various consumer rating agencies. Mr. Lee was efficient with his service delivery and displayed an excellent presentation of the actual functionality of the window products, that was very impressive and a major selling point for me. Mr. Lee was courteous, informative, personable and very patient with me during my window selection. He was respectful of my home, when taking initial measurements and was very informative when providing me with various payment options. I am very pleased and grateful for Mr. Lee's assistance with my Window Nation experience, thus far. He needs to be cloned!... LOL :)

Edit: I was contacted by the branch manager and the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. We ordered windows through Ryan Poch at Window Nation on the 19th of December and gave a deposit check at that time. The windows were installed in early February and we are super pleased with them. We gave the installer a check for the balance, and the check was cashed promptly. The issue I have is with Window Nation's customer service. Our deposit check was never cashed and we never received a copy of the signed contract marked paid in full as we requested. I contacted the salesman and customer service multiple times in Jan and Feb, but have received no response from the company. I will be contacting the Maryland States Attorney Consumer division tomorrow. This has been going on for 3.5 months and needs to be taken care of.

"Overall I like most of the windows. On two casement windows in our kitchen, we paid extra for to get a wood look since our old windows were wood with wood trim and we liked the look. My wife & I had specifically asked the salesman if everything would be replace and match the new wood look windows. By that we meant the trim around the windows and the window sill along the bottom. He said yes it would and that is the only reason we spent the extra money to get the wood look. The guy came out a week later to measure our windows and mentioned to us that he didn't see anything about the window trim or sill on our order. I contacted the salesman and he said it should have been included, but he'll put in a change order. A few days went by and I followed up with him. He said he would resend the change order. It came through and I signed it and sent it back. A few weeks later you came out to install the windows and the installer informed me he only had white primed wood to install. I told him that is not what we were sold and that we did not like the look of white trim on a wood look window. A manager called and they said the only thing they could do is go by wood and install it and we can stain it whatever color we want. We felt that we had to go with that over the white trim. The installer framed in the 2 casement windows with wood, calked it and finished the install. We purchased stain and polyurethane and watched a few videos on how to stain window trim. They all show sanding and staining the molding before putting it up. We are anxious about having to do this while it's up on wall around our new windows, our cabinets and tile backsplash. With the money we paid to have the windows installed and for what we were told we were purchasing, we are not happy to have this staining project to complete. I am open to any help or advise that you can provide on how to best tackle completing the sanding & staining project."

I have pets in the house, so the worked with me to make sure everything was safe and secure for them. The installation crew was very efficient, and the work was done in a very high quality. I have no issues with my new door. Everything was done in a very timely manner. It was very cold out, so once the door was out, they did their best to keep the cold out and they protected my carpet. I am very pleased."

I had to send the installers back when they told me what the job was. When I called customer service and sent them email, someone was supposed to call me. They did not. "I would recommend them to a friend starting with my representative. I gave him a very good comment about how good he was and how pleased I was with him. I didn't feel pressured to buy windows because he knew the product he had, it was a good product, and he left it up to me to make a decision to go forward or not. He was a good spokesperson for the company and I hope they appreciate his expertise and professionalism. The installers were excellent and outstanding. Their names were Edwin and Carlos. They were timely and took the time to explain what they are doing. Edwin did my bathroom window and I was a little concerned. I had a brand new awning. I had only made only one payment on it and by them not being able to put the ladder up, he had to go on the ledge of my window in order to put the outside framing around the window. I was concerned about him doing that, but he did a remarkable job."

"During the sales call, it was my understanding that the final deliverable would have grids in the upper and lower panels of both double hung windows. I specifically requested this to match an existing window layout. However, the final windows only had grids in the upper panels. Someone from "corporate" called me to say the additional grids weren't in the contract and I would have to pay a change order fee. I am disappointed that WN wouldn't honor it. Going back to look at the contract, the description of the work was not well described. I also didn't receive a copy of my contract until after the measuring appt. This means I didn't get an opportunity to review the contract. I chose WN because a neighbor recommended, but I'm not sure I would do the same. The installation was superb and I am generally happy with the windows."

"While the installation itself was done properly, the pricing and promotions are extremely misleading. The advertised financing promotions are not transparent at all. Even with an excellent credit score, we were offered a very high interest rate, which directly contradicts what is implied in their promotions. Window Nation appears to submit financing terms that heavily favor the company, making it nearly impossible for well-qualified customers to obtain reasonable rates. There was no flexibility or honest explanation provided. The finance manager was dismissive and rude, showing little respect or concern for the customer. We were flat-out told to “take the promotion or leave it.” Attempts to escalate concerns were unsuccessful—upper management is unreachable, calls are not returned, and phone inquiries go unanswered. Overall, while the installation quality was acceptable, the sales practices, financing transparency, and customer service were very disappointing. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution and fully scrutinize financing terms before committing."

"We recently had two sliding patio doors installed but have reported several issues to customer service. First the door handles that were installed were not the colored we ordered. We order the Oil rubbed bronze handles and one door was installed with a silver handle while the other was installed with a black handle. After going back and forth with the customer representative they have ordered the correct handles but will not be shipped until 11/25/25. In addition, the lower patio door was missing outside plugs to cover the screws. This same door is also extremely hard to lock, and we are unable to use for fear of not getting it to lock again. Finally, the caulk that completed around the door was done poorly and needs to redone. We have supplied pictures to WN Representative."

"The contractors did good work. They didn't really explain much, just showed up, knocked out the work, and left. They were mostly clean, but I found some trash and construction debris around my property afterwards. I was more disappointed that over half my windows had some kind of manufacturing defect that wasn't obvious at first, but noticeable upon closer inspection. Scratches or blemishes between panes and ripped screens, plus one window is difficult to close. I will work through the warranty process but 50% is a pretty bad success rate."

The installers told me they didn't need to move the binds, they were not in the their way and went on to install the sliding glass door. The Richard has refused to grant any credit for the money I paid for unnecessary and undone tasks that were added to the bill, such as, removing and installing the blinds. I tried calling Jeff Beck. That went to a support team and they said I will back from them in 2 days, explaining what credit I can expect. NOTHING! After replacing all the windows and patio door, I would expect a little more consideration from your company. It would be difficult to at this point of recommending Window Nation to a friend without telling them my experience."

Everyone, specifically the sales manager, was understanding. They talked to me and agreed to hold the windows until September. They went out of their way to help me with my situation. When my wife came home from the hospital, she was using a walker, so she was nervous about having many people in the house for the installation. John, the manager, sat with my wife for hours to make her comfortable. The workers were professional, nice, and well-trained. They knew their job and worked together as a team. Everything went well, and they cleaned everything afterward. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I have no complaints at all."

"On the original installation date the measurement was wrong on the big sliding window, so had to wait for a 2nd install date, The install guys seemed to be in a hurry & rushed through the job & I found one of the screens damaged in which they replaced on site in a rush and when they left I discovered the replacement screen was darker then the other screen and the windows were dirty and smeared on both sides. The double hung bottom window moves around & leaves a gap between the window & frame in which there is a service call repair scheduled a month out."

"I was very disappointed that 21 days after my contract was signed, my salesperson contacted me and said that I needed to pay $1500 additional for the finance option i chose and signed the contract for… *21days* prior. I went back and forth with him as I felt it was ridiculous it wasn’t determined prior to 21 days after my contract was signed especially considering what the consequences would be if I were to break contract. I was ready to give another company my money instead as I did not want to work with a company not willing to honor a signed contract. My contract was eventually honored but it out a bad taste in my mouth that it was even a problem. Prior to that I was planning to recommend 2 friends but after that I changed my mind."

Because of the issues with the custom window, we had to delay other projects from getting started. Everything is great about it now, it just took 5 months and 4 tries."

I was told someone would be out to wash the windows and I have emailed at least 3x and no response. We are extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service. Except for when the payment was due. We have not heard from the person who sold us the windows except for the day he was here. And honestly I could not even tell you his name. Very disappointed plus the person who referred us to your company was supposed to get a $200.00 gift card and they have not received it"

"I can’t say enough GREAT things about Window Nation. We needed all new windows for a long time. There are so many companies to pick from but we chose Window Nation because their commercials stood out in my mind. We filled out their online contact form and within a couple of minutes we received a call to step up an appointment for a salesperson to come to our house. The salesperson was at our house a few days later and he was FANTASTIC!! He was very personable, helpful, and we learned so much from him. Once the windows were purchased, the process moved quickly. Window Nations put all of the documentation together for us to send to our HOA. After HOA approval, they quickly had someone come to our house to complete the window measurements. The man that completed the measurements was very meticulous and right on point. Next thing you know we were called by Window Nation to set up a date for installation. The installers were right on time (literally to the minute.) They were wonderful, super friendly, and fast. They too were meticulous about the work. They cleaned up once completed. They had us walk through and make sure all of the windows looked good, functioned, and answered any questions that we had. Since our windows were installed there is a huge difference in the temperature of our house and they look AMAZING! Thank you Window Nation."

I had to question that a number of times. Finally he sent me a sample of the colors. Evidently he didn’t make a note that the FedEx overnight fee was to be deducted from the final payment. We like to evaluate purchase decisions worth a couple thousand dollars and don't appreciate feeling like I'm stealing someone's livelihood by taking our time. Also do not like that both homeowners need to be present for a sales presentation. "Workers showed up without sills and Told me they did not need to be replaced because my existing sills were still in good shape, I asked to speak with someone about the bill due to the sills being included on the purchase agreement. I never received a call and the workers continued to work, I ended up contacting the call center due to the workers continuing to install the windows on top of the existing sills. I then received a call back and the workers were advised to run to Home Depot to pick up materials that they did not show up with. I was told there was a computer glitch and the sills were not on the work order. After reviewing my agreement the sills were clearly stated on the order. The windows has to be taken back out so the sills could be installed. After only replacing 5 of the 9 sills the worker told me he did not have any more sills and was going to put the old sills back on, I advised that is not what I paid for, he then walked away without saying a word and left, I’m assuming he ran back to Home Depot. I was told the job would take 2-3 hours from the salesmen. The workers were on site 10 hours Im cold temperature with my home reaching 48 inside by 6pm. Needless to say it took my home a long time to get back up to temperature when they left."

For the lack of trust, I would make sure my friends don't use Sam Swann, doesn't seem to know how install works, using ladders or scaffolding, they charged us for scaffolding, they used ladders only. No refund for initial scaffolding, no follow up while install was taking place, Sam missed perfect opportunity for in the field training, what's needed to to the job."

"There is no Communication and honesty! No Follow through of info promised. No Info on how installation would affect window sills and shades. No communication from installation day and there after. No info on energy efficiency for tax credit and NO info on trip that was promised. Terry (salesperson) wanted to tell me more about what other companies would and would not do vs sticking to what he knew about WN. He didn’t tell me installation would be from the inside thereby eliminating my window sill & frame and making my old shades unable to fit…on all 14 windows! He promised a folder of tax info for tax credit upon completion as well as trip info that we were entitled too. I’ve received nothing after two weeks and over $10K!"

The installers came out as scheduled. I was told the project would only take a day, and they were on point with everything. They did not leave any messes, they cleaned up everything, There was no structural damage to the inside or outside of my home. "The entire experience was pretty terrible. The installers messed up a wall, a door frame and a window frame. They installed the door wrong and told us it was fine. Had to have someone come out to fix it....Literally could never get someone on the phone to help us. They also broke a bench I had out in front of my house and never said anything...I let the company know and no one has ever come to fix it. I won't recommend this company to anyone and I'm sad that I now owe so much money for a shitty job. The installers also left nails in the yard and in my driveway..."

"I had 6 windows installed in my bedrooms. when the salesman looked at my windows, he saw that I had mini blinds up. when the man came out to measure the windows, I had mini blinds up. when the men came to install the windows, they asked us to take down the brackets that held the mini blinds up. At no time were we told that after the windows are installed, it would not be enough room left to hang the brackets for the mini blinds. I called the customer service first thing Monday morning (the windows were installed on a Friday). I told them that because of a piece of trim that was put at the top of the window frame, I was not able to hang my brackets. I asked if they could send someone out so I could show them the problem. It took them two days to respond to me and then they asked for pictures instead of sending someone out. I was very disappointed with your customer service. I just spent over $7000.00 and I couldn't get someone to come back to my house! I send the pictures and after a couple of days they call and say that it is nothing they can do about my problem. I am sure that we are not the first people that got windows and wanted to put mini blinds up! I must say that i have brought windows from Thompson Creek and I can call them any time with a issue and they send someone right out to try and solve the problem. I will be in the market to buy windows for my first floor but I will have to really think about who I will buy them from."

The paperwork was incorrect and not sent over and the installer needed us to leave work a few times to come to the site as he wasn't given instructions from window nation.the windows shown were not what was installed. To top it off I've been calling the company since 10/15 for the branch manager who hasn't returned my call. It's very frustrating. Terrible customer service. I wish I could change my review I was forced to write on the spot to get a discount on the windows. I'd give the salesperson the lowest score and not write the nice things I wrote in my forced review."

"The only problem I had with window nation is that I had an appointment for 9-7-24 for 8 am but they could arrive as late as 10 am At 10:15 I called and spoke to nice young lady who said I was correct but she had no way of contacting the installers for me to call back at 11:30 At 11:45 John from window Nation call me and said the installers miss read by appointment and when to the afternoon appointment first he said they could be at my location by 1:30 pm They arrived at 1:45 almost 4 hours late making me lose a day They did a good job Now I received an email stating that if I cancelled within 24 hours or missed the guys I would be charge 350 dollars I thing my time is valuable too"

This is false advertising and I did not appreciate this lie just to pull me in. You even sent me a flyer in the mail that says what’s on the radio station. And there is nothing even in the small print that says 8 windows or more. So, no, I will not be referring your company and will not use you for other windows I need replaced. The 24 months is why I called you. You don’t commit to what you advertise."

"My house is eighteen years old, and my wife and I are not the original owners. When we purchased the house in 2019, about 1/3 of the windows didn’t open. During the winters, the windows were drafty and during the summers you could feel the heat penetrating. When we decided on getting new windows we had estimates from six local companies. From the start, we were very pleased with Window Nation. On the day of our estimate, our salesman, Nowell Kern, was prompt and prepared. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and we did not feel like we were being pressured into a sale. We have had zero regrets since signing the contract and Nowell kept in regular communication with us about the project. Even after the installation, Nowell was very responsive to follow-up questions. (He is a true asset to the Window Nation company). On installation day, the workers arrived promptly and immediately went to work. The crew were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen, and they gave it 110% the ENTIRE DAY until the project was complete. They also did a great job cleaning up! During the installation, a dormer window broke. The crew made me aware and assured me that a new window was being ordered and would be installed after a new window was manufactured. This could have easily been "overlooked" and speaks to the integrity of the installation crew. I would recommend Window Nation to anyone looking to replace their windows. The windows are quality, their team is professional, and the customer support is top-notch."

"When they put my windows in, there were 2 people. The person in charge did a good job. The other person was kind of struggling, but he did what he could do. I had to call Window Nation back because there were certain things that had to be corrected. The screen had a hole in it. They took the blinds down, and I couldn't get them back up. I had a water damage project completed before Window Nation came out. Window Nation kind of messed up where that work was completed. They cracked the spackling or something on the inside. I have reservations about that. They had to fix the locks on the windows. One window wouldn't open. They had to come back and fix that. I had to move all the furniture twice because they had to come back for these issues, and that was irritating. It is hard doing that. I asked them to check all my windows. They sent another person out to correct everything. Everything is fine now, but I didn't like that I had to find the issues that were not correct before they left out. I had a sensor on my window on window in my bedroom, and I can't find it. I am wondering if it was stuck to the old window and got taken away. The windows look nice, but the issues should not have had to be addressed. The lead installer didn't tell me how they function or work. The Vytex employee came and completed and corrected the issues. I am fine with that. I have referred two friends to them, but I said I wouldn't do that anymore because of my experience."

I wasn't happy that I had two windows that slid left to right instead of up and down. They were all supposed to have half screens. Out of the two that slide left to right, one has a half-screen and the other has a full screen. When I called to speak about it, the woman I talked with said they would make it right because we still have two more windows to be installed. Another woman called back and said they couldn't install a half-screen. Which makes no sense because the other is a half-screen. The one that is a full screen is my kitchen window and I can't slide the screen out of the way to see out of the window."

"The sales rep misrepresented/understated how much dust would be created by replacing the windows. He stated there would be a partition put up to keep the dust from blowing everywhere, which wasn't done. The installers just put up a drop cloth under the windows. The installers swept off the debris that was on my deck, which was a plus. The problem was my deck overlooks my driveway, so all the debris (including nails) fell on my driveway. I have to go out back and sweep up and physically remove nails that were on my driveway. It was a great price to replace all of my windows, as long as you know up front there's going to be some clean up at the end of the project."

There was a piece of wood left on the ground with a nail sticking up. The outdoor siding by the kitchen window was messed up with caulking. "Windows were installed June 5 but without full screens. Full screens installed the following day. I went out of town until Saturday, June 8. When I returned, I opened all of my windows. Later that evening when I wanted to close and lock the first floor windows, I found that I was unable to do so. Lowering the bottom window caused the upper window to come down. The only way to close and lock the windows was to stand on a chair/ladder and simultaneously push up the top window while pushing down the bottom window. I then checked the other windows and found that five out of seven had the same problem. Attempted to schedule service appointment. First appointment available was Tuesday June 18. I spoke to the sales rep who sold me the windows and the installation rep. Both acknowledged that this is a common and well-known problem. Service person came on Tuesday and also acknowledged that the problem was common. He adjusted all of the windows and indicated that there is a specific way to close the windows. I find that ridiculous. He closed all of the windows. The kitchen windows still pull down the upper window when I try to close them. I will be requesting another service call to see if this problem can be solved or if this is a matter of an inferior product or poor installation."

One of the workers spent half the day on his cell phone on speaker and then we found debris all over the plane. Including a razor blade in our driveway. Especially since in less than a year I have spent $22000.00 with this company, and had every intention of spending $1000's of additional dollars in the near future, and recommending them to my neighbor. I believe I deserved better service, and some type of accommodation to ensure I was a completely satisfied customer. As a business owner who accepts credit cards, I have learned the value of either including the fee in my price, or accepting it as the cost of doing business."

"I have had the windows for just over 2 weeks now. The product seems to be very good quality, easy to open, close, and tilt in for cleaning. The install crew of 5 had all 15 of my existing windows out and replaced in three hours, the insulation, caulking, and trim work took 4 hours. They were very particular about protecting property from damage by laying out drop cloths at each window, even removed their shoes or wore covers. They did an exceptional job cleaning afterwards inside, plus vacuuming. The outside was good as well, did notice some small pieces from the original windows in the front yard."

When I called to get this fixed, they said it would be about three days, but it took 10 days for me to contact them again to come back out to fix the problems. The windows were installed in November. We are now in January, and they are supposed to come back next week to fix the issue."

Conscience about cleaning up the areas after work was done, they used drop cloths to protect the flooring and catching debris. The saleperson and staff were courteous. Custom made windows took a little under 4 weeks to make and ready for installment I thought was adequate time period. I would recommend Window Nation to others."

"I ordered a special tint on some of my windows to block out the sun and heat. I asked the salesman if there would be a difference in color or the way the windows looked, and he said there would not. After my project was completed, I stood across the street to look at my house and could definitely see a difference in the color of the tinted windows. There is a green hue to those windows versus my other windows that all look the same. I am not sure if the salesman just wanted to make a sale, or if the installers just wanted to install the windows and get out of there without any problems. The installers said there would not be a color difference as well before installing them. I can clearly see a color difference and am not happy or satisfied with the way my new windows look on my home. If they had just been honest with me and let me know there is a difference in the color of the window, I would have not gotten the tinted windows and would have been just fine with the regular ones. I spent $19,000 on new windows for my home and expected to be very happy with the outcome."

"One of the windows replaced was a large picture window. I discovered a leak on Friday and called immediately. I've called twice and emailed and still no one has called to fix the situation. There is water sitting in a gap and it's currently raining. I'm worried about the water freezing and expanding and water sitting is never good. There's also spackle on the tile floor and dripped on the wall. There was a towel rack removed and not replaced or at least the holes filled. Those are minor things compared to the picture window which I'm extremally unhappy about."

I was on hold for over 10 minutes trying to resolve an alarm wire issue that I was assured would be addressed only to be dumped into a voice mail system. The. When I did finally get someone, I was hung up on and no I was not acting unprofessional using swear words or being nasty. I was told management would be reaching out and have yet to hear back from anyone. If you can find windows of the same quality you would be better off going elsewhere so you may get good customer service. Everything here is all about marketing for the next gig. Don’t believe me, simply look at their responses to any negative review…cookie cutter response every time leaving you to deal with it. I wonder how they will be with any possible warranty issues?"

"Window Nation has a great product and installers. But Window Nationis not up front about cost. Their commercials sales promotion mean nothing when that sales person comes to your home. Negotiations should not start at $2,000 per window for a mid grade window, especially when you are running a “sale”. The high pressure sales tactics prevent me from recommending Window Nation. Also, the warranty changes depending on how much they get to rip you off. We talked about a 20 year warranty but I only got a 5 year warranty."
