“The contractors did good work. They didn't really explain much, just showed up, knocked out the work, and left. They were mostly clean, but I found some trash and construction debris around my property afterwards. I was more disappointed that over half my windows had some kind of manufacturing defect that wasn't obvious at first, but noticeable upon closer inspection. Scratches or blemishes between panes and ripped screens, plus one window is difficult to close. I will work through the warranty process but 50% is a pretty bad success rate.”

“I was charged for a service that was not done and not turned out as not necessary. The installers told me they didn't need to move the binds, they were not in the their way and went on to install the sliding glass door. The Richard has refused to grant any credit for the money I paid for unnecessary and undone tasks that were added to the bill, such as, removing and installing the blinds. I tried calling Jeff Beck. That went to a support team and they said I will back from them in 2 days, explaining what credit I can expect. NOTHING! After replacing all the windows and patio door, I would expect a little more consideration from your company. It would be difficult to at this point of recommending Window Nation to a friend without telling them my experience.”

“I bought windows, and a week before the installation, my wife fell and broke her hip, so I couldn't have the installation done in May as planned. Everyone, specifically the sales manager, was understanding. They talked to me and agreed to hold the windows until September. They went out of their way to help me with my situation. When my wife came home from the hospital, she was using a walker, so she was nervous about having many people in the house for the installation. John, the manager, sat with my wife for hours to make her comfortable. The workers were professional, nice, and well-trained. They knew their job and worked together as a team. Everything went well, and they cleaned everything afterward. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I have no complaints at all.”
