“Terrible!!!! After windows were installed, the company fail to keep their word! I signed up for the ad buy 2 windows get 2 free!!! Instead they charged me for the free windows and failed to give me an estimate of the windows and installation cost!!! Management failed to respond to my emails and kept hanging the phone up on me!! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!”

“The entire experience from start to finish with Window Nation either met or exceeded expectations. Diane, our saleswoman, was very friendly, and her knowledge on both the window-installation market, as well as her competitors products was reassuring and impressive, and helped to make us feel as though we were making the best, well-informed decision that worked for us. An excellent saleswoman. Thanks Diane! The only delays that occurred were due to our own issues, and communication with WindowNation was always very friendly and patient with us. The installation team worked very quickly and effectively the day of installation. Didn't feel like they needed any more than a couple of hours to complete everything and clean the area. All windows were replaced and look excellent! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in a similar project.”

“Overall we're happy with the windows and the installation. The clean up could have been better though. Not sure why a shop vac wasn't used to clean up. Real impressed with the caulking. Would've given 5 stars, but the following happened: white aluminum was used to cover the window mulling between the two front windows. The wood trim all around the house is Almond colored. I contacted my sales guy Derrick Dawson, and he said that was part of the installation. I hear you on the install part, but why wouldn't they use Almond? Also, in Derrick's email response he didn't provide a number to contact anyone, more less, not my issue, etc. I had to research how to get someone to come and fix the mistake. That's not my job! Had to take off a day for Dave (last name unknown) to come out and match the wood trim. Dave was real professional, and did a great job matching the color. The mulling does look nice now. Real impressed with the basement windows too. The multiple reminders you send were helpful. However, I told the person on the phone to schedule me in the afternoon for the mulling issue and I kept getting texts and reminders indicated that you'd be there in the morning to address the mulling issue. Again, had to take off for your mistake. I was never offered any compensation for your mistake either. Again, I would've given 5 stars except for the aforementioned information.”

“The team that did the install was great although they did leave some small trash behind most of it was cleaned up well. However the salesman left key items off of my order. I reported this immediately and the Window Nation response has been unacceptable. Their responses time has been horrible. The customer service element of we'll call you back later and never calling back is unacceptable. I can't recommend this company with values like these and shady sales people that talk a good game but can't deliver on what was agreed to. Now I am being made to feel like it was my mistake or oversight and that is unconscionable. Horrible service period.”
