“Initial contact with the sales person wasn't a pleasurable experience. He came across as condescending and almost as if he was trained to not take "no" or "let me think about it " for an answer. I accepted the offer of course because it was the lowest price and the concerns after the installation are a clear reason why. When someone ask me about the windows I will tell them about the experience and to only consider if cost is their determining factor.”

“Install was quick. A few flaws outside that were taken care of. However, the cleaning solution that was used to clean the window moldings/frames stripped and scratched the finish; so not happy about that. Also, we’re still missing a screen almost a month later.”

“The only problem I had with window nation is that I had an appointment for 9-7-24 for 8 am but they could arrive as late as 10 am At 10:15 I called and spoke to nice young lady who said I was correct but she had no way of contacting the installers for me to call back at 11:30 At 11:45 John from window Nation call me and said the installers miss read by appointment and when to the afternoon appointment first he said they could be at my location by 1:30 pm They arrived at 1:45 almost 4 hours late making me lose a day They did a good job Now I received an email stating that if I cancelled within 24 hours or missed the guys I would be charge 350 dollars I thing my time is valuable too”

“First Estimate was very high, Promised call back never happened from sale rep or his manager. Several attempts made from me to get answers for questioning about labor charges because estimate did not show it. Charged for permit that is not needed, questioned customer service no answer as of yet.”
