I am more than extremely pleased with the experience I had with PJ Fitzpatrick. The door installation, complete siding of the whole house as well as gutters installation makes the house look brand new! I am just amazed by the overall transformation! Each staff member I had the pleasure of dealing with was very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and caring throughout all stages of production. From the initial visit of the sales reps, (Thomas Simpson and Andrew Nguyen), to working with the project manager (Anthony Stevens), and every individual in-between, each concern was addressed very quickly, and things were always broken down in a manner that made it easy to digest whatever was being discussed! There are still a few upgrades that I plan to have done in the future and knowing who to call gives me great comfort that job will be done to my satisfaction and high standards! I highly recommend PJ Fitzpatrick for any of your home remodeling needs.

Our front door was replaced . The truck delivered front door timely in spite of and many piles of snow and ice. They requested if they could put door in garage. They were very careful to place new door and other items in the garage . About two hours later , 2 gentlemen showed up to do the actual install. They request very politely if I could move my car so that their truck with all the tools could be placed in my driveway. I asked how long this was going to take and I was told about 3 hours. Temperature outside was in the low 20s. They worked very quickly to remove the old door . Temperature in house dropped from 67 to about 50 degrees. Once new door was in place the house temp rose back up. I could not believe that they could actually work so fast and efficient with the outside temp being so cold. I also was pleased that they clean up so good … they took the old door and all the packing material from new door and ALL garbage they created with removing the old door and installing the new door. They had put a tarp down to protect the wood floor by our front door . They even did a beautiful job wiping up the dust from the wood floors. The two gentlemen were extremely polite and really worked very hard and the work done was excellent! And they really were correct when they told me it would take 3 hours that was incredible !

We had a shower and tub replaced by P.J. Fitzpatrick. From start to finish, everyone we worked with provided exceptional customer service. Joni provided timely communication with updates prior to the installation day. On the day of install, Dan explained the process so we knew what to expect each step of the way. He and (A)Kiron were on time, careful to protect our carpet and stair rail, efficient, professional and cleaned everything before leaving. We are very pleased with the new shower/tub. We are scheduled for a master bath shower install and look forward to working with P.J. Fitzpatrick once again. Thank you everyone at P.J. Fitzpatrick for a job beautifully done!

Do not use P.J. Fitzpatrick for your home remodeling project. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I would not want another homeowner to go through what my husband and I are dealing with right now. On May 20th, we hired them for a simple shower remodel. At first, everything looked fine and we believed the work had been done properly. Unfortunately, we later discovered the installer had damaged the drain during installation. Because we did not use the shower for more than 24 hours, there were no immediate signs of a problem. We began using the shower on May 22nd through May 26th. Then on May 26th, my husband noticed a large bubble forming in our den ceiling along with water dripping from it. He immediately contacted the company to report the issue. A technician came out to inspect the damage and confirmed the leak was coming from the newly installed shower drain. As the photos show, our ceiling had to be torn open because of the damage caused during the installation. Today is May 28th, and we are still dealing with the aftermath. We were told technicians would come today to repair the drywall and ceiling. I even received an email confirming the appointment, but no arrival time was provided. By 12:03 p.m., no one had shown up, and I had to contact the supervisor myself for an update. After damaging our home, why should I have to chase someone down for answers? The supervisor told me they should arrive around 12 p.m., which clearly did not happen. I then received another call saying the technician was running behind and would “maybe” arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. At this point, I am simply warning other homeowners. Save yourself the stress, time, money, and frustration. Please consider using another company.

The crew was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and the project was completed quickly and smoothly. The project manager was communicative and professional throughout the process, which made the experience easy from start to finish. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would happily recommend the company to others. That said, prospective customers should be aware that the pricing is at the very top of the range - however the company had a lot of data at point of sale to demonstrate price and expected investment . I realized this only after signing and doing additional research. The team explained that the premium reflects the lifetime warranty, customer service, and the quality of the fiberglass product, which may be worth it for those who prioritize those factors.
