“Unreasonable high prices. Way too much “project management” oversight. Received requests for our feedback before the project started and during. Seems you have 3 divisions not speaking to each other. It took us 2+ requests to get a quote that did not include a total return-roof. Too strong a sell before answering what we asked. Very difficult to get itemized cost lists. You came highly recommended but we greatly regret not getting other quotes. When we needed info, you went missing, but somehow you were always available for upsell and feedback with which you did nothing. Your service was very efficient in billing even before job was done. The founder of your company should be ashamed. Cut two layers of project management, pay your installation workers a fair wage and stop resting on your laurels.”
