Dry Otter did an excellent job! I have an older home (close to 100 yrs old) and the crawl space area was getting water and mold. James did an excellent job with inspecting the area and providing me an estimate. No pressure, explained the process throughly, and made sure any questions I had were answered. The installation crew Cody, Noah, and Tristen were awesome! They worked so hard and completely turned my crawl space into a safe space. The area is extremely tight in many places but these men did a phenomenal job. They also answered any questions and explained everything throughly regarding the whole process. Dry Otter provided mold remediation services, full encapsulation, sump pump installation with drain line, and installed a dehumidifier. I am very pleased and thankful. I highly recommend Dry Otter for any crawl space or basement needs. These guys rock!

We had a great experience with the outstanding Dry Otter crew! We were having significant issues with condensation in our crawl space, and the HVAC guys recommended Dry Otter as honest and competitively priced. First, the inspector, Carl, was punctual, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he felt we needed, without any pressure. Next, the installation guys, Cody, Noah and Tristen worked consistently two, long days to get the job done. They were on time, friendly and eager to explain everything they were doing along the way. They could not have been more professional, and I feel confident that our condensation issues have been alleviated. I highly recommend this company!

I received 3 quotes for my encapsulation project and chose Dry Otter because of their professional approach from Sales to Installation. James ( sales) was great and did not try to up sale me with things that were not needed. He quoted my project based on what he saw was needed and not because of an "industry standard" rubber stamp that other companies followed. As the project progressed from Sales to installation Heather worked with me to come up with a date that was convenient for me. As it was handed to the install crew they were fantastic! Cody and his team , Noah, Tristen and Adam , went above and beyond and deserve huge kudos. They are very knowledgeable and were always available to answer questions that my wife or I had. It was a pleasure working with this team and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for crawl space services!

From start to finish, our experience with Dry Otter Waterproofing was amazing. carl Hamilton did the inspection of our crawl space and provided us with a detailed quote for service. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained the work to be performed to our satisfaction. The crew who did the job, led by Corey, was fantastic. John, Desmond, and Corey worked so hard to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and per the quote. I was amazed at how hard they worked. When the work was done they made sure everything was clean and there were no issues. I would highly recommend Dry Otter to everyone.

A prior inspection revealed high humidity, some mold, and improperly repaired joists in our crawl space. Several neighbors used Dryotter and recommended them. Dry otter came out (Mike) and inspected our crawl space. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I hired them. The team of Cody, Noah, Tristen, Adam, and Trey came out and worked hard for 5 days to do all the work. I was very impressed with the work they performed. I would highly recommend Dry Otter.
