⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience with Dry Otter Waterproofing. The Denver, NC office handled our crawlspace project at our home in Mooresville, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Tom was very thorough during the inspection and clearly explained the crawlspace drainage and encapsulation plan. Cody led the installation and did an excellent job managing the project. His team, Tristan and Luis, were hardworking, professional, and kept the area clean throughout the entire process. You can tell this crew takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Dry Otter Waterproofing to anyone needing crawlspace drainage, waterproofing, or encapsulation work in the Lake Norman / Mooresville area!

A prior inspection revealed high humidity, some mold, and improperly repaired joists in our crawl space. Several neighbors used Dryotter and recommended them. Dry otter came out (Mike) and inspected our crawl space. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I hired them. The team of Cody, Noah, Tristen, Adam, and Trey came out and worked hard for 5 days to do all the work. I was very impressed with the work they performed. I would highly recommend Dry Otter. I had an excellent experience with Dry Otter for my crawl space encapsulation. The crew, Will and Josh, were fantastic throughout the entire process. Will provided constant communication, keeping me updated on their progress and exactly when to expect them each day. Beyond the high-quality encapsulation work, they went above and beyond by clearing out old trash and debris from the crawl space. It’s rare to find a team that is this professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. My husband and I recently purchased our first home, a 60-year-old house that required significant work. The crawlspace was in bad shape with mold, wood rot, and joists needing replacement, resulting in a musty smell. After researching several options, we chose Dry Otter in Denver, NC. Tom provided a detailed estimate and explained our options thoroughly. I want to give a special shoutout to Will and Josh for their exceptional work. They communicated their arrival times each morning, greeted me warmly, and outlined their daily tasks. They tackled the challenging job with dedication, performing mold remediation, wood replacement, and thorough cleaning before encapsulating the space. They also installed a dehumidifier and condensation pump. Regular photo updates of their progress were sent, which was greatly appreciated. Upon completion, they ensured I understood how to operate the dehumidifier and humidity monitor. I highly recommend Dry Otter for crawlspace needs, especially if you seek a job well done.

Please please PLEASE do yourself the favor and use Dry Otter for all of your crawl space needs. Super professional, the sales team called me after hours since I get home late to talk the quote over with me as they worked with my wife during the day. Tristen and Luis came out and knocked out their 2 day job in 1! The team had let me know they forgot a hose, and they could either come back out that night or the day after, I gave them the choice since they had busted their butts all day. Luis came back out to the house late at night(with a text to confirm and give us a heads up), got the final hose installed and got my Dehu up and running to get everything where it should be. Tristen and Luis gave me a walk through of their work and made sure I had a solid understanding of the proper operation of my Dehumidifier and the work they did. They were even kind enough to take a ton of after photos for me to have, saving me the trouble of climbing underneath the house. I waited about 3 weeks after the work was done before I left this review, just to make sure everything worked properly and held up. So far, I couldn’t happier with their work. I make sure to constantly refer them to all of my friends and coworkers in the area about Dry Otter, so they too can enjoy an updated home
