This review is pertaining to the salesman and installation crew. Salesman Derek Khaw is very knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. There was no pressure to buy. He simple presented the best product and service for the best price. Well done Derek. As for the installation crew, David Miller and Adriel Velez, they were also, very knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. They arrived early. They worked methodically as a Team, installing a very clean application. They cleaned up like they were never here. My new Carrier HVAC unit is working and I have no complaints. The technician Adrian was very personable, he was very thorough on his inspection and thank God he was because had he not been, the electrical box for the AC unit would have eventually started a fire. He replaced everything that needed replacing and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. There is a reason this company has earned 5 stars ⭐️ in the Hillsborough green book! I will be recommending them to my friends and I’m so glad I signed up for their service maintenance program!

I had an absolutely excellent experience with the tech. From start to finish, the tech was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough. He arrived prepared, took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure everything was handled properly before he left. What really stood out was the techs attitude and attention to detail. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service to the customer. That kind of professionalism is becoming harder to find. The tech is an outstanding representative of his company, and they should be proud to have a technician of his caliber representing their business in the field. Employees like my tech are exactly what turn a first-time customer into a long-term customer. Five stars all the way around. I would absolutely request my tech again and recommend him without hesitation. Keep up the phenomenal work!

Nightmare Experience!!! Had my A/C diagnosed on June 18th. Have called several times for an update on the warranty parts that were supposed to be ordered and have never heard back. Every time I call I get a different person that is going to email someone else. But no one ever calls back. I’ve asked for managers and have been told that they are busy or out of the office. Their A/C Department is a mess. On the other hand, I had approximately $12,000 of Electrical done by their Electrical Division yesterday and they were 10 stars!!!! If you need Electrical done I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the “Electrical Today “ department!!!

Awesome maintenance program! Our Tech Fabian is now essentially part of the family. He serviced our old unit and kept it healthy while we got ready to purchase a new unit which was installed in April of this year. As advertised, the installation process was seamless and the results after completion have been amazing. We now enjoy a truly energy efficient unit that is cutting our energy consumption resulting in noticeable monetary savings. Kudos again to Fabian for being a very capable and knowledgeable technician and for being the brand ambassador responsible for us trusting Cool Today when purchasing a new unit. We highly recommend Cool Today!
