We had a fantastic experience with Darius and his partner from Mac 5 Services today. Our AC unit had a clog that was causing issues, and Darius quickly identified the problem and got everything running smoothly again. What stood out most was their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to explain what was happening in a way that was easy to understand. Darius was thorough, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Thanks to their hard work, our home is comfortable again, and we have peace of mind knowing the issue was resolved properly. Mac 5 Services is fortunate to have Darius and his partner on their team. They deserve recognition for the excellent work they do, and we highly recommend both Darius, his partner and Mac 5 Services to anyone needing HVAC service.

Anthony did an amazing job installing the charger for my Chevy equinox EV. I called Mac 5 for a free quote and they literally were out to my house within 2 hours for my quote. Anthony was very professional and I would recommend Mac 5 to all my friends and family.

Very professional, friendly and detail oriented. Doug was the asks man and Ivan was our technician. Both were great!

Kallel was amazing! He was able to come out within a day of calling to replace three leaking hose bibs and the main shut off valve. He also re-insulated my main line. They all look great. I highly recommend him.
