I had a great experience with Jorge Torres. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to explain the issue with my AC system, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Jorge worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. Most importantly, he was honest and respectful, which made me feel confident that my system was in good hands. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Kallel was amazing! He was able to come out within a day of calling to replace three leaking hose bibs and the main shut off valve. He also re-insulated my main line. They all look great. I highly recommend him.

Jackson did an outstanding job installing a NEMA 50a outlet in my garage. He also made measurements of my electrical system before starting the job that were helpful in assessing the construction work. Very satisfied with the care he showed for my new home. Anthony did an amazing job installing the charger for my Chevy equinox EV. I called Mac 5 for a free quote and they literally were out to my house within 2 hours for my quote. Anthony was very professional and I would recommend Mac 5 to all my friends and family.
