James was very nice, friendly. Came in and immediately got to work. Fixed the issue with my heater within minutes. Then did some investigation and found the issue which promoted a replacement. I appreciate how thorough he was and how he took his time to teach me what he saw. I also worked with Blake who was INCREDIBLE. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable about everything in my house, honest about pricing, offered to look into things for me, followed up appropriately, etc. He’s one of the best service guys I’ve ever had the pleasure if working with. AMI, keep these guys!

I have come to rely on these guys since my husband took his final flight west. I will admit Albert is my favorite. He is efficient, kind and he knows his stuff. We put in hydronic heating long before it was fashionable and it requires some knowledge that is not aways in my wheelhouse. I truly appreciate their ethics and reliability.

We recently purchased a 25 yr old home and had a small leak under kitchen sink within one month of closing. ALEC,an AMI plumber, resolved the problem and gave us further information on a new water heater. He provided excellent service and was very professional. We are new to the area and very impressed with AMI Mechanical who were recommended to us by our Realtor.

Dyllon was the most professional and helpful tech I’ve ever had. He did a wonderful job explaining the issue and how he fixed it. If I ever need any more service I’m calling AMI that second. Amazing work and professionalism.

On Dec 31 was getting a tuneup and ended up getting my furnace red tagged. That afternoon Blake came and gave us some options for a new furnace. I also opted for a new AC unit. Blake helped me choose the system best for us. On Jan 2 AMi installed new furnace and AC unit. Robert and Eric were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got everything going again in a timely manner. Two good guys! Today, Jan 8, Aaron completed a follow up on the install of the furnace. Also was able to troubleshoot my whole house humidifier. Thanks Aaron!
