Air Mechanical has been wonderful to work with! Dave and Rob installed our new AC unit on June 2. They were both professional and respectful. We needed a little electrical work done to get the new thermostats to work and Aaron was here today to finish the job. He, too, was respectful and professional. He took his time explaining everything to us two old folks. I highly recommend Air Mechanical!

Fast. Knowledgeable and friendly. Needed work done on a Sunday. Arrived and completed ahead of schedule. Follow up to this. Had Nate Hayden out for multiple calls due to a unique plumbing challenge and slow drainage. He was honest and up front each time and was educating me on each step before taking action. He was able to resolve the issue and went above to ensure the work was done in the time allocated.

I joined Air Mechanical’s service plan and took advantage of the tune up today. Jon L found a problem. A simple maintenance fix prevented it from being a big issue down the road. He explained kindly and clearly my options and had everything fixed in no time. I can say enough about the peace of mind knowing I’ll be cool all summer long.

Garrett was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable, however I was charged 568 dollars for a cheap 2x4 inch plastic sensor which was more than I paid for the entire water heater I purchased in my last house 7 years ago. This was no fault of Garrets. Please have a look at the part that is in the attached photo. Unacceptable.
