“After the carpet was fully cleaned I vacuumed it and I picked up so much dirt it was unbelievable. Even though it had just been cleaned. I had to call them back to clean it but they did not put the treatment and had to call them again. It was a lot of checking up on their work and there was a failure to follow through with their work initially.”
