Crown has been amazing so far during my home repairs. I had my toilet tank crack and it flooded part of my home on the first floor. Juan came to my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us what is happening every step of the way and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Crown to anyone who is looking for a business who knows what they are doing and looks out for your best interest!

This has been our second "project" with Crown involving {yet another} pex tube leak which resulted in mold and water damage to our home. We chose to work with Crown again due to the ease of working with them for the first time last year. Communication with them is regular (thank you, Jennifer) and the scope of the project clearly articulated and quickly executed (thank you, Juan). Juan worked with us on the mitigation portion this time and was both professional and personable. We appreciate his timely appointments, accessibility, and resolution, especially related to the mold. While we never hope to have to use them again, they will be who we will call and recommend for any future plumbing, water damage, and reconstruction.

I asked for an estimate on removing hazardous materials, concrete asbestos shingles, from my home in preparation for further work. The technician who visited me was very knowledgeable and professional. I received great feedback and a quote for the work to be done. I believe this company to be top shelf. They responded in a very timely manner. I am currently waiting on some other companies to respond but they have not responded at this time. I need at least two other proposals from companies to make a comparison and decision.

Home in Seguin had a fire in the kitchen that destroyed the kitchen and smoke damaged the entire home. Crown did the restoration and my house looks good as new! Great work! Great communication through the process! Would definitely recommend!
