I had a great experience working with Juan at Crown Restoration. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer questions, communicate clearly, and make sure everything was handled properly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service and making sure their customers feel taken care of. Juan went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Juan and Crown Restoration to anyone looking for reliable, professional service!

Dristen was more than we could have hoped for. He didn’t just come out and do his job, but he carefully explained everything that needed to be done and took the time to show us what was done. He walked us through each step and went above and beyond. It was because of his honesty that we had no problem trusting the work done by Crown Restoration.

Crown has been amazing so far during my home repairs. I had my toilet tank crack and it flooded part of my home on the first floor. Juan came to my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us what is happening every step of the way and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Crown to anyone who is looking for a business who knows what they are doing and looks out for your best interest!

I asked for an estimate on removing hazardous materials, concrete asbestos shingles, from my home in preparation for further work. The technician who visited me was very knowledgeable and professional. I received great feedback and a quote for the work to be done. I believe this company to be top shelf. They responded in a very timely manner. I am currently waiting on some other companies to respond but they have not responded at this time. I need at least two other proposals from companies to make a comparison and decision.

We are just now signing a contract for water damage from yet, another PEX pipe leak. Juan came out to give us an estimate for all that needs to be done; cutting of sheet rock, removing insulation, drying out, etc. He was very thorough and professional along with being quite relatable. I have talked with Jennifer and Tori, too. Everyone has been most kind and respectful. I look forward to having Crown do the necessary work for our home to be mold free.
