They had to pull up the floors and do everything, and the thing was, we were closing on the house. It was up for sale and closing in a week, and the pipe broke. They didn't do anything to upset me, so that's good in my book. We had water damage from snowstorms. That would have been two years ago. The snow didn't leave until August because of how much snow we got here. There was so much snow on the roof to cause water damming, so the water got into the walls and basically destroyed the walls and roof. So, they had to come in and rip out a bunch of walls, and they fixed some of the roof. They deserve an A+.”
