“I could not be happier with my experience with RestorePro. When my hot water tank leaked in my finished basement, I had one carpeted room particularly damaged with water. After briefly dealing with another company that seemed more interested in expanding the area to be treated so that they would meet some minimal charge that made their effort worthwhile, I fortunately contacted RestorePro. From my initial call to Lisa, I felt that my concerns were being addressed. She set up a same day meeting with Brian who came out to assess the problem. He quickly determined what needed to be done to the affected room and arrived at an extremely reasonable price for the job. Later the same day a worker, Robel, came out to do the job. He extracted excess water from the carpet, applied an antimicrobial spray to the affected area, and then set up a fan, an air purifier, and a dehumidifier to run for several days. Before leaving, Robel took the time to make sure any tubing and electrical wires were covered so we would not trip on them. As with all the company's personnel, Robel was courteous, professional, and very friendly. When the equipment was picked up days later, the affected area was perfectly restored. RestorePro responded to my problem quickly and addressed my concerns effectively--all at a very reasonable price. More importantly, they took the time to explain the reasoning behind their expert restoration plan. RestorePro is a company that works with and for the customer. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to my family and friends.”

When we had an unexpected flood during the post-remediation reconstruction (having nothing to do with RestorePro or any sub-contractor), we immediately contacted Brian and he was able to send someone out within a few hours to help us manage the water and to prevent future mold growth.”
