“An expert came to my house to discuss what I wanted / needed to have done. When the workers arrived, they couldn't speak English fluently enough to effectively communicate with me. The pruning of one of my vines was not as extensive as was agreed to when I met with the expert, and the workers didn't do a good job cleaning up the debris (pruned vines).”
