Gary and Austin did a great job removing a volunteer Elm tree that came up very close to our house and rosé bushes. They arrived on time and were very friendly and careful. When we first called ArborScape, it was easy to get a free estimate quickly. They got us on the schedule to remove the Elm tree quickly. I’ve been a repeat ArborScape customer since 2024, and every experience reinforces why I continue to choose them. Jeff Disler provided an excellent assessment of my trees’ needs and a very reasonable quote which also was the final payment amount (no hidden costs). Austin and Gary handled the removal of a 9" diameter stem from my silver maple, cleared a broken branch hanging over the fence, and trimmed the tree for proper clearance around my home. Gary and Austin arrived on time, were professional and courteous, clearly explained the plan, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the cleanup was spotless. ArborScape continues to deliver exceptional service, and I highly recommend them.

Had some trees trimmed. Austin and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. My trees look great and healthy now. They did a great job and left my backyard clean of any debris. I would totally use ArborScape again.

They trimmed a tree over my car and let the branch fall on top. They didn't knock or ask me to move anything. They are blocking my driveway. I asked them to move. He refused. Called the police for damage and trespassing. *update* No, you did not knock. No, the cars tires are not flat, they are BRAND NEW!! I have security camera footage with audio of the entire event where your worker didn't knock, and refused to move, which is why I called the police. He deserved to be cussed at for his blatant disregard for my property! I will now be contacting a lawyer with video and audio evidence of your libelous responses. I HAVE LITERAL PROOF OF EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID AND EVERYTHING YOUR WORKER SAID.

After obtaining three bids we recently hired Arbor Scape for a major tree project, and they exceeded every expectation from Michelle who provided the quote to Austin, Gary, and London the forman and crew. The job included removing two trees, one very large, trimming others, and grinding the stumps—and they handled it all with incredible professionalism and care. What impressed us most was their attention to detail. They worked carefully to ensure surrounding trees and landscaping were not damaged during the process. The cleanup was impeccable—when they finished, you couldn’t find even the smallest stick left behind. It looked as though the trees had never been there!
