Gary and Austin did a great job removing a volunteer Elm tree that came up very close to our house and rosé bushes. They arrived on time and were very friendly and careful. When we first called ArborScape, it was easy to get a free estimate quickly. They got us on the schedule to remove the Elm tree quickly. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is beyond deserved. Austin and his partner Gary with ArborScape blew me away. I got to see firsthand the level of care, precision, and professionalism they bring to their work, and it was impressive. They didn’t just “do the job” — they treated each tree in my yard like it mattered, every cut was intentional, and every detail like it reflected a specific need. Austin’s knowledge as an arborist really shows. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the health of the trees and the safety of the property. Gary matches that energy completely — hardworking, focused, and just as committed to doing things the right way. They were efficient, clean, respectful of the property, and left everything looking better than I could’ve imagined. It’s rare to find people who take this much pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. They even spent time after to discuss my neighbor’s trees, and did so with great enthusiasm and knowledge. If you’re considering any tree work at all, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I’ve been a repeat ArborScape customer since 2024, and every experience reinforces why I continue to choose them. Jeff Disler provided an excellent assessment of my trees’ needs and a very reasonable quote which also was the final payment amount (no hidden costs). Austin and Gary handled the removal of a 9" diameter stem from my silver maple, cleared a broken branch hanging over the fence, and trimmed the tree for proper clearance around my home. Gary and Austin arrived on time, were professional and courteous, clearly explained the plan, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the cleanup was spotless. ArborScape continues to deliver exceptional service, and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend ArborScape Trees! I have used ArborScape since 1995 and have always had a great experience. Austin and Gary came out after a snow storm and did an amazing job cleaning up and caring for our trees. They truly went above and beyond and made sure everything was done the right way for the health of the trees, not just a quick cleanup. They were very friendly, professional, and timely throughout the whole process. We really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail!

I’ve worked with Arborscape twice now, highly recommend. Once for a regular tree trim, and secondly for an emergency tree fall. They are top notch professional, know their stuff, prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, and definitely trust them. The emergency tree fall booking was last minute, and they were here in less than 12 hours when I called. Really great. On a personal note, Austin who manages the team is amazing, kind, knowledgeable and a bada$$!
