"We strongly recommend IDP Tile. John, the owner, did all the work himself demolishing a shower that had a shower pan leak and replacing the shower pan, walls, tile, etc. He took all of the heavy materials up and down 2.5 steep flights of stairs without so much as a scuff on the wall. He was very kind, responsive and communicative. He took great care with our home and kept everything very clean—leaving no mess at the end of each work day. He did meticulous work and gave us recommendations, upon request, that were excellent. We were able to work from home without disruption. He is so quiet—it felt like he was tiptoeing up and down our wood stairs! He started and ended on time as well and charged us what he originally bid. We also appreciated his willingness to mask in our home throughout the entire project. Before he even finished the work we came up with another project for him to complete because he is so unobtrusive when he works. He’s a real craftsperson. We appreciated that IDP has liability insurance as well."
