Chris was very helpful and supportive. He installed 2 attic fan one with temperature and the other one with temperature and humidity thermostat and sealed the roof so that there's no leaks. He gave me a discount to hire an electrician too. I hired an electrician to rewire the attic fan on the upper level. I heard the fan after my shower. It's good my attic fan works. The warranty is good for five years. I love it. Thank you so much.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I have been using American Home Contractors for my roof inspections for the past five years. I recently had my roof replaced in November 2025, and the service was excellent. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional. I received status updates every step of the way, and the communication was always clear. A special thanks to Dave Roques 😀 for answering all my questions and providing knowledge and great feedback . Katherine K., the Production Coordinator, also kept me informed throughout the project. The installation and cleanup were finished in just one day. After the work was done, we went over the installation pictures and completed a final review. I am fully satisfied with their work! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Marcus and Chris did a great job with my roof tune up giving me a peace of mind! They were professional, respectful, and actually took the time to explain the process in detail as well as answer any questions. I definitely appreciate the service. I was initially introduced to the company by Dave who did my inspection; his professionalism and honesty is what made me follow back up and hire them for the job. Highly recommend and I will be utilizing them in the future!

Isaah and Marcus are extremely professional. They did a great job on our gutters...cleanng, tacking, caulking, etc. And they explained everything they were going to do. And then upon completion they explained all of the repairs and reasons to replace our old gutters. The 2 of them are a great representation of this company!!!!
