Chris was very helpful and supportive. He installed 2 attic fan one with temperature and the other one with temperature and humidity thermostat and sealed the roof so that there's no leaks. He gave me a discount to hire an electrician too. I hired an electrician to rewire the attic fan on the upper level. I heard the fan after my shower. It's good my attic fan works. The warranty is good for five years. I love it. Thank you so much.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I have been using American Home Contractors for my roof inspections for the past five years. I recently had my roof replaced in November 2025, and the service was excellent. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional. I received status updates every step of the way, and the communication was always clear. A special thanks to Dave Roques 😀 for answering all my questions and providing knowledge and great feedback . Katherine K., the Production Coordinator, also kept me informed throughout the project. The installation and cleanup were finished in just one day. After the work was done, we went over the installation pictures and completed a final review. I had a great experience working with Chris for my gutter cleaning and repair. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough from start to finish. Chris took the time to explain the issues he found and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. My gutters are now flowing properly, and everything was cleaned up nicely before he left. Chuck did an awesome job cleaning and repairing my gutters. He was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail.
