"I think they are probably a great company, however communication was terrible. The first PM I had was good, but then all of a sudden he was always gone, then after weeks of no communication, I was informed he was no longer my PM. This happened again with my 2nd PM. Then I had a 3rd. Promises were made about getting things done and then I would never hear from them. If I never called asking questions and when things would be done, I think my project would still be ongoing. Communication was unfortunately just terrible and I would rather have had another company with better customer service after it was all said and done. That being said, the admin staff of the company was always really helpful, and the crews working on site did great work. Only issue I have is some lifting caulk, I think likely due to the conditions outside when it was applied."

They did not speak english so that when we walked the job while under construction, they couldn't understand our questions. 2. The project manager was MIA most of the time so that our questions were not conveyed or answered in a timely fashion. 3. The construction crew didn't show up on the job until mid-morning then would stop for lunch a couple hours later working late into evening after dark wearing head lamps so they could "see" what they are doing. We considered it an unsafe practice working in the dark with climbing high-up ladders and garden rockeries made us concerned for their safety."

"Initial sales person was fantastic, professional, quick and thorough. The issues started after the first day of the installation. The first crew came on time, worked fast and did a seemingly great job. The next day they simply didn't show up! The two-day job then turned into a THREE WEEK JOB. In addition to the huge delays, the workers they found to actually show up came and then didn't do any work because they "needed materials". Then they told Pacific Exteriors they called out sick. When the work was complete a walk through showed the guy who did some of the work didn't do a good job, with gaps in the siding alignment Exposing the underlayment and some trim pieces had to be replaced and done with different sized materials. The cleanup wasn't very good at all to top it off.The rubber pieces from the barrier end up all over the place and resemble tic tacks split in half and there were staples and nails all over my driveway and yard despite then laying down tarps and using a magnet afterwards. I attribute the mess to some of the workers rolling up the tarps because they needed room for the dumpster to be picked up, but at least take the time to look over the area afterwards. We were lucky none of the nails ended up in our car tires. I also purposely set aside some siding they removed to reuse on a different area, then the other crew threw it away! They did end up replacing it with a new piece, but not until a week after the job was finally complete. I cannot recommend this company in the least and would say use someone else who may even be more expensive, but I bet that extra money would be worth it to avoid the hassle, delays, and frustration of Pacific Exteriors' contractors work ethic, professionalism and inability to show up two days in a row to finish a job."

"We have a house with aging (read: rotting) cedar siding and our location is mostly in the shade year round. We were looking for a siding option that could withstand the constant damp. It was a long process with a few rough spots early on (we needed to be assigned a new project manager that could handle the scale (huge) of the project) but we are now proud owners of a full house re-side with James Hardie fiber cement siding. The evening blue color with brown trim looks perfect in our wooded location and everyone we meet in the neighborhood has commented how lovely it looks and as a bonus because we did not expect this, but the house interior is actually quieter now that the siding is done (less road noise, etc). The team at Pacific Exteriors was willing to come back out to correct anything that had been left unfinished or needed work, no matter how many trips it took. I would definitely recommend."

"Very professional experience, top to bottom. I got several bids for my siding project, and it was a no-brainer after Pacific Exteriors came through. Their price wasn't the lowest, but the level of experience and expertise was worth the extra cost when it came to comfort in making my decision. They were timely, listened to my concerns, fixed problems as they arose, and worked around my schedule. I'm not the easiest customer to please, and when spending tens of thousands of dollars, I expect an excellent outcome. This is what I got, and my house looks like-new. If I had to give one thing that could be improved, it would be the touch-up painters afterward. They did not speak English and needed to make multiple return trips to get things right. That said, P.E. made sure I was satisfied before it was all said and done. I'd definitely recommend them."

"I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Exteriors. We replaced all our LP siding with Hardie Board. The owner, David, met with us & handled the estimate. He was extremely professional, no pressure & very detailed. After meeting with 2 other companies we had decided we would wait another year for our project & explained that to David when he arrived. By the time we spent an hour with David, we decided to proceed with Pacific Exterior. My extremely picky, perfectionist mother could not believe the quality of the installation. The installers cleaned up after themselves and every day when they left, they made sure our side yard fence was put back together for the safety of our dogs. I even caught of of the guys making a quick repair on my potting bench when he didn't know I was watching. Yes, it was a pretty expensive project but it was all worth. Even the gal in the office, Christina went above and beyond my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!"

"Can't complain about the quality of their work. Very high-quality construction and kept the worksite clean. Only wish they came up with a better solution than cutting a fence post at the ground level that was cemented in the dirt. Now my gate is loose and I'm forced to find another way to secure the gate or rebuild the right side of my gate/arbor."
