I'm beginning my second projects with Pacific Exteriors, and after my experience with this great company and specifically my project manager Jake, I never even considered working with anyone else for my siding and windows. Jake has been an incredible partner in the truest sense of the word. When I began working on my first flip house, I had no prior experience replacing siding, no first-hand knowledge of Hardie products, and just a little experience replacing windows. Jake patiently answered all of my questions (probably some of them several times) and took the time to teach me a lot in the process. It was a complex project (at least for me), and Jake was a man of his word on every promise and commitment he made to me. On any construction project, multiple things are guaranteed to not go perfectly, and that's where a partner really shows their true colors. Jake clearly had my back every step of the way. When I needed a favor that was in no way a due to anything Pacific Exteriors had or had not done, Jake was there for me. When I needed something expedited at short notice, Jake moved mountains to make it happen. On the one or two occasions where some detail was imperfect, Jake never made me feel I was asking too much to have it corrected. Thank you Jake, thank you Pacific Exteriors, and here's to our next project together!

I would like to say that we had multiple companies come out bid the siding project Pacific exterior was not the lowest bid, but they certainly went the highest bid we went with them because they have a contract that is solid no add-ons anything that happens in the interim of this project they handle no up charge no complaining. They did a fabulous job. It was during the wet rainy season poured down rain for 2 1/2 weeks. Their guys muscle through this did a beautiful job. I can't say enough about their install team. They are top-notch did a beautiful job Jake the production manager was awesome handled every aspect of this making this seamless simple easy project for everybody I can't say enough I would recommend them over any company out there. They're awesome company do fabulous job.

I had a very positive experience with everyone on the Pacific Exteriors team. They showed up on time and provided all the work they promised to do. We purchased the best quality package as our 30 year old roof had some leaks. They completed our 3500 sq. ft. roof in 3 days. My neighbor, who is a contractor on very high end housing developments watched the guys work and he said they didn't cut any corners and did it right. He was very impressed.

After years of needing to redo the siding on our 1932 home, we finally bit the bullet and got it done. after several quotes we ultimately chose Pacific Exteriors, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Our project manager Kevin was amazing and paid attention to every detail, including things I never would have noticed. The work team was here every day rain or shine and busted out the whole project in less than 2 weeks. Becca at the office stayed on top of our project and was incredibly supportive while we worked through obtaining our funds. In the end we ended up with the exterior of our dreams. We will definitely be going back to Pacific Exteriors when it is time to do the roof.

We decided this summer that it was time to replace the original cedar siding on our south side of our 60-year-old Des Moines area home. Spent a couple days researching various companies and settled on Pacific Exteriors based on photos of their work and customer reviews. Throughout the process of demo, installation and painting (we had the entire house painted after siding installation), Pacific Exteriors was very professional, timely and responsive from our first meeting to set a scope of work, to final cleanup and closing out the project. I am a recently retired project manager with 39 years of experience in civil engineering and residential / commercial construction. Pacific Exteriors checks all the boxes of a quality company providing quality work. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.
